部外側に設けられた周辺リブの少くとも一方の周辺リブ
の先端に枠体に沿って垂下する手掛け片を形成して、あ
おり板または側板の外面との間に凹部を設け、かつ該凹
部裏面に適宜数の補強リブ片を形成すると共に枠体の下
端に手指挿入用の切欠部を形成した折畳みコンテナ。 【効果】 重量的に重い物品を収納した場合でも手掛け
片が外方にねじれたり損傷するという不都合がなく、ま
たロボットによる運搬も可能となる。

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は折畳みコンテナに関し、特に手掛けの強度を向上して持運び移動を容 易にした折畳みコンテナに係る。

【従来技術とその課題】
従来折畳みコンテナは図５に部分断面図で示すように、あおり板３の上部外側 に設けた周辺リブ５と枠体１の一部を構成する外周垂下片１０の下端に設けた手 指挿入用の切欠部８の位置に空隙を形成し、外周垂下片１０を手掛けとして利用 しているが下端が外方にねじれ、殊に重量の重い物品を収納した場合は、外周垂 下片１０が損傷しやすいという欠点があり、枠体１自体を補強しようとしてもあ おり板との取り合せの関係で補強リブ等を設けがたいという欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記課題を解決せんとするものであって、その要旨は枠体と，あおり 板と，ほぼ中央部で折曲る側板と底板とよりなる折畳みコンテナに於いて、枠体 に内接するあおり板及び側板の上部外側に設けられた周辺リブの少くとも一方の 周辺リブの先端に枠体に沿って垂下する手掛け片を形成して、あおり板または側 板の外面との間に凹部を設け，かつ凹部裏面には適宜数の補強リブ片を設けると 共に枠体の下端に手指挿入用の切欠部を形成したことを特徴とする折畳みコンテ ナにある。

【実施例】
以下本考案を図面に基ずき更に詳細に説明する。 図１は本考案の一例を示す部分斜視図であり、図２は図１のＡ−Ａ部分断面図 であり、図３は本考案の折畳みコンテナを折畳んだ状態を示す側面図であり、図 ４は図３のＢ−Ｂ部分断面図であり、図５は従来の折畳みコンテナの部分断面図 である。
【０００５】 本考案は図１に示すように枠体１と、あおり板３と、中央部で内方部へ折曲が る上側板４１と、下側板４２とからなる側板４と底板２とからなるものであり、 あおり板３は枠体１に回動可能に連結されている。
【０００６】 枠体１に内接するあおり板３の上部外側に設けた周辺リブ５の先端には図２の ように周辺リブ５の先端に枠体１に沿って垂下する手掛け片６を形成してあおり 板３の外面との間に凹部７を設けると共に枠体の下端に手指挿入用の切欠部８を 形成してある。手掛け片６はあおり板３の外面に限らず側板４の外面に設けるこ ともできる。また手掛け片６には補強のため適宜数の補強リブ片９を適宜間隔に 凹部７下面側に形成する。 本考案の折畳みコンテナを図３のように折畳んだ場 合はあおり板３は図４のように水平に維持され組立て時は勿論、折畳み時も手掛 け片６は邪魔になることはない。

【考案の効果】
本考案は以上のように枠体に内接するあおり板及び側板の上部外側に設けられ た周辺リブの少くとも一方の周辺リブの先端に枠体に沿って垂下する手掛け片を 形成して、あおり板または側板の外面との間に凹部を設け、該凹部裏面側に適宜 数の補強リブを設けると共に枠体の下端に手指挿入切欠部を形成したので、重量 的に重い物品を収納した場合でも手掛け片が外方にねじれたり損傷するという不 都合もなく、またロボットによる運搬も可能となる。

    る側板と，底板とよりなる折畳みコンテナに於いて、枠
    体に内接するあおり板及び側板の上部外側に設けられた
    周辺リブの少くとも一方の周辺リブの先端に枠体に沿っ
    て垂下する手掛け片を形成して、あおり板または側板の
    外面との間に凹部を設け、かつ該凹部裏面には適宜数の
    補強リブ片を形成すると共に枠体の下端に手指挿入用の
    切欠部を形成したことを特徴とする折畳みコンテナ。
