【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は超音波検査時にマーキング用ペイント
が探触子(プローブ)に付着して検査不能になる
ことを防止するための超音波探触子保護装置に関

[従来の技術]
従来より、種々の構造部材において超音波検査

[考案が解決しようとする問題点]
しかし、前記探触子を被検査面に押し付けて検
査を行つた後に、欠陥部にペイントを噴射させて
マーキングを行う際、探触子を上方に移動させて
逃がすように構成しているが、噴射時に霧化した
ペイントが探触子の検出部に除去に付着し、これ
により誤検査或いは検査不能を生じる問題を有し

本考案は、上記技術的課題を解決しようとした

波探触子を備え、且つ該探触子の被検査面への押

マーキングを行うようにしたペイントマーカーを
備えた超音波検査装置において、前記探触子の被
検査面からの離反時、該探触子の検出部を覆い、
且つ被検査面への押付け検査時、外方に退避する
ようにした保護板を設けたことを特徴とする超音

超音波検査装置1に適用した本考案の一例を示す
もので、超音波検査装置1は、多数の超音波探触
子2を所要の検査間隔で備えた探触子支持板3
を、回動駆動される昇降アーム4により昇降可能
に備えており、探触子2の検出部(下面)を被検
査面5に押付けたり、上方に退避させたりできる

回動させることにより保護板9が探触子2下面か
ら外方に退避され、又探触子2が上昇するとスプ
リング11力によつて保護板9が探触子2の下面

検出を可能にして信頼性の向上を図ることがで
き、更にメンテナンスも容易となる等の優れた効
