Function: In this breathable sheet, a breathable non-woven fabric is interposed between the upholstery material and at least a portion of the cushion pad that corresponds to the seat surface. Not only can breathability be imparted, but since the nonwoven fabric is thick, it maintains good cushioning properties together with the cushion pad, and the skin material and the nonwoven fabric can be inserted into the back side of the cushion pad through the hanging hole of the cushion pad. By welding and joining the backing material to the backing material, the skin material is suspended and fixed, so the three parts can be assembled together extremely easily.

The illustrated embodiment is a case where a vehicle seat is constructed, and the seat cushion of the seat cushion is provided with breathability. As shown in FIG. 1, this seat cushion has a breathable nonwoven fabric 3 interposed between a skin material 1 and at least a portion corresponding to the seat surface of a cushion pad 2, and a backing material 4 between the skin material 1 and the nonwoven fabric 3. and the hanging part 5 of the skin material 1
It is assembled by welding and joining.

To assemble a seat cushion from each of these members, the skin material 1 and the nonwoven fabric 3 are stacked one on top of the other and covered with the cushion pad 2.
The skin material 1 and the nonwoven fabric 3 are partially invaginated on the back side of the cushion pad 2 using a welder type through the hanging hole 6 formed through the thickness direction of the cushion pad 2, and the backing material prepared in advance on the back side of the cushion pad 2 is inserted. 4 to press it into contact. As a result of this pressure welding, the nonwoven fabric 3 and the backing material 4 are melted and welded to each other, and the skin material 1 is impregnated with the melted portion of the nonwoven fabric 3, so that the three materials including the nonwoven fabric 3 and the backing material 4 are welded together. It becomes fixed. If a welding member such as a polyester film is laminated to at least the suspended portion of the skin material 1, the skin material 1, the nonwoven fabric 3, and the backing material 4 can be welded together more reliably.

In addition, other than the hanging portion of the nonwoven fabric 3, the front end portions 3a and 3b can be fixed with double-sided tape 7 as shown in FIG. Further, in order to save the labor required for this attachment, the one end side 3a can be attached in advance by impregnating it with a foamed resin during foam molding of the cushion pad 2.

In a seat constructed in this way, sufficient air permeability can be imparted to the seat surface of the seat because it is interposed between the skin material 1 and the portion of the cushion pad 2 corresponding to the seat surface by making use of the breathable property of the nonwoven fabric 3. Furthermore, since the nonwoven fabric 3 is thick, it can maintain good cushioning properties together with the cushion pad 2. In addition, since the nonwoven fabric 3 is hung together with the seat skin 1, it can not only be interposed between the seat skin 1 and the cushion pad 2 to prevent it from shifting, but also the hanging portion 5 can be beautifully shaped as shown in FIG. Each member can be easily assembled without requiring hanging members such as a hanging bag, a resting wire, or a C-shaped ring.
