BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, this type of emergency notification device has been used in a security system for security protection. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when various disaster prevention and crime prevention sensors 1 installed inside a home or an office such as a company detect an abnormality, the signal is received by an emergency notification device 2 connected to a telephone line. . When the network control unit in the emergency notification device 2 receives the abnormality detection signal, it performs an automatic dialing operation to the control center, and the dial pulse is transmitted to the exchange 5 of the central office via the telephone line 4. The exchange 5 selects the center's line, calls the control center 6 through the telephone line 4', and when the control center 6 automatically responds, the emergency call device 2
Sensor information from is transmitted and received. The emergency notification device 2 automatically connects the telephone line 4 after sending the sensor information.
is opened, and the telephone line 4 is switched to the telephone 3 side.

FIG. 4 is a connection diagram of the emergency notification device 2 with a network control section and a telephone device. Now, when the control section 9 detects a signal from the sensor 1 (see Fig. 3), the control section 9 detects whether a calling signal from the other party is coming between the office line connection terminals L1 and L2 using the incoming signal detection section. The control unit 9 monitors the output of the telephone connection terminal T 1 ,
The output of the telephone usage detection unit 8 is monitored to determine whether the telephone device 11 connected to T 2 is in use, and if there is no output, the line closing relay CML is turned on.
and switch the contacts cml 1 and cml 2 to the DC loop circuit side consisting of di-T-R 1 . Next, the control unit 9 transmits the center dial number to the dial signal relay.
Turn DI ON/OFF and open/close its contact di.
Between office line connection terminals L 1 and L 2 , DC voltage is 48V from the telephone office.
is applied, and diamond pulses are created at regular intervals by opening and closing contact di, and sent to the telephone office. When the telephone station receives the dial pulse, it calls the other party, and when the other party answers, it sends a call to the control center 6 (third party).
(see figure) sends out a response signal for a certain period of time, this signal is received by the data transmitting/receiving section 10, and the control section 9
can be conveyed to. When the control section 9 sends the sensor alarm data to the line through the data transmission/reception section 10,
Turn the line closure relay CML OFF again.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the polarity of the line changes to + at the station connection terminal L 1 and - to the station connection terminal L 2 before the line is closed.
When the line is opened, a transient pulse of approximately 100V is generated between the station connection terminals L1 and L2 . While this transient pulse is being generated, it varies depending on the operation of the telephone exchange 5 (see Fig. 3), but it lasts for several hundred milliseconds, and the incoming signal in the telephone device 11 connected to the emergency notification device 2 is detected. This activates the circuit and causes the connected telephones 3a and 3b to ring. This is a pseudo-incoming call, which is a nuisance to the user who has installed the emergency call device 2, as there is no response even when the call is picked up, unlike the telephone ringing caused by the actual incoming call.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides an emergency notification device as described above that can reduce the influence of a transient pulse of polarity reversal that occurs when a line is opened on a telephone device, and prevent the telephone from ringing due to a false call reception malfunction of the telephone device. The purpose of this project is to provide an emergency notification device that enables the following.

Means for Solving the Problems The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problems is to keep the dial signal relay contact in the DC loop circuit constant after data transmission and before switching the line to the telephone device side. A DC loop opening time is created by opening the dial signal using a timer, and after the dial signal relay contact is closed again, the line closing relay contact is switched to the telephone device side.

Embodiment An embodiment of the emergency notification device of the present invention includes a timer 15 and an OR circuit 16, as shown in FIG. 1, between the control unit 9 and the dial signal relay DI shown in FIG. Although other features are not shown, the configuration is the same as that of FIG. 4.

According to the configuration of the emergency notification device of the present invention described above, the timer 15 opens the dial signal relay contact di during the time E from when the line is opened until the polarity returns to its original state.
The DC loop circuit (see Fig. 4) consisting of di-T-R 1 is opened to restore the polarity of the exchange 5 (see Fig. 3), and then the control unit 9 performs the polarity shown in Fig. 4. Turn off the line closing relay CML and switch the line to the telephone device 11 side. In this way, after data transmission, when the telephone line is opened, a transient pulse of polarity reversal is no longer generated, and therefore false call reception malfunctions of the telephone device 11 are eliminated, and the telephones 3a and 3b are prevented from ringing.

Effects of the Invention As can be seen from the above explanation, the emergency call device of the present invention includes a timer and an OR circuit between the control unit and the dial relay, so that the contact point of the line closing relay returns to the incoming call detection side. By opening the dial signal relay contact in the DC loop creation circuit for a certain period of time using a timer, closing the dial signal relay contact again, and then returning the line closing relay, a transient pulse of line polarity reversal can be prevented. This has the effect of eliminating the false call reception malfunction of the telephone device and preventing the telephone from ringing.
