果を招く恐れがあつた。 As shown in FIG. 1, it is well known to transfer alarm information such as disaster prevention and crime prevention through a subscriber telephone network.
When the disaster prevention/crime prevention sensor 1 in FIG. 1 generates an alarm by closing a contact or the like due to the occurrence of an abnormal condition, the alarm detection circuit 3 in the automatic transmitter 2 detects the alarm, and then automatically transmits alarm information. That is, the automatic transmission device 2 sends the telephone number for calling the alarm monitoring center 4 to the switching system 5 in the form of a dial impulse signal or a push button signal, so the line between the automatic transmission device 2 and the monitoring center 4 is interrupted by the operation of the switching system. is connected. Next, the signal transmission device 6 in the automatic transmission device 2 operates to transmit a signal corresponding to a predetermined sensor 1 to the monitoring center 4 in the form of a frequency shift signal, for example, on a telephone line. Therefore, the monitoring center 4 can immediately detect where and what abnormality has occurred. At this time, since the line between the automatic calling device 2 and the switching system 5 is shared with the line of the subscriber telephone 7, when the telephone 7 is in use by talking to another telephone 8, even if alarm information is generated, It was not possible to automatically call the monitoring center, and there was a risk that warning transmission would be delayed, leading to serious consequences.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an automatic transmission device according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows an operational flowchart of FIG. 2. 9 is a telephone line that connects the automatic calling device 2 and the exchange system; 10 is a subscriber telephone 7;
11 is a warning signal sound generation circuit, 12 is a line switching circuit, and the telephone line 9 is normally connected to the subscriber telephone 7 to transmit alarm information. When transmitting, the telephone line 9 is switched to be connected to the signal transmission device 6.
This switching signal is commanded from the control circuit 14 as described later. 13 is an automatic reception circuit, 14 is a control circuit, and 15 is an automatic transmission circuit. 14-1 is a microprocessor, 14-2 is a memory, 14-3 is a digital input interface, 14-4 is a digital output interface, and 14-5 is a bus, which together constitute the control circuit 14. . If an alarm state occurs due to the occurrence of an abnormal state in the disaster prevention/crime prevention sensor 1 by closing a contact point, etc., the alarm detection circuit 3 in the automatic transmission device 2 detects the alarm state and notifies the control circuit 14 of the alarm state. The microprocessor 14-1 determines whether or not the subscriber telephone 7 is in use for a call based on whether the signal line 10 from the subscriber telephone 7 carries information indicating that it is in use. As shown in the flowchart of FIG. 3, when the telephone 7 is in use,
The control circuit 14 activates the warning signal sound generating circuit 11, and makes the subscriber telephone 7 and the other party hear a warning signal sound to inform them that the call needs to be interrupted due to the occurrence of alarm information. The microprocessor 14-1 detects that the signal on the signal line 10 has been disconnected (the telephone line 9 has become free) due to the subscriber who is talking on the phone turning on the handset.
is detected, and the microprocessor 14-1 switches the line switching circuit 12 to the signal transmission device 6 side. Next, the microprocessor 14-1 starts the automatic transmission circuit 1.
5 and calls the monitoring center 4, alarm information can be transmitted.

When the microprocessor 14-1 detects the
1 immediately sends a switching signal to the line switching circuit 12 to connect the telephone line 9 to the signal transmission device 6 side.
Since the automatic reception circuit 13 is connected at this time, the circuit detects the presence or absence of a 16 Hz ringing tone. After switching the line switching circuit 12, the microprocessor 14-1 waits for a detection signal from the automatic reception circuit 13, and if no detection signal is detected after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the telephone 7 is not in use and will not be called again. The microprocessor 14-1 determines that there is no call, activates the automatic call circuit 15, and calls the monitoring center 4. Subsequently, alarm information is sent out in the same manner as described above.

Next, the control circuit 14 activates the warning signal sound generation circuit 11 to cause the caller to hear the warning signal sound. Therefore, the caller cannot start a call and is asked to turn on the handset so that the alarm information can be transmitted.

In other words, when transmitting alarm information to the subscriber telephone network, the alarm information is generated by making a warning signal sound be heard by both parties or the caller even when the subscriber telephone is in use or being called. This allows the handset to go on-hook and immediately transmits the alarm, thereby eliminating the delay in transmitting the alarm as in the past. Furthermore, since the alarm transmission operation is switched to after both parties during the call hear the warning signal, there is no need to forcefully disconnect the call during an important call.
