As a conventional mold for injection molding of this type, the applicant of the present invention has previously applied for Japanese Patent Application No. 61-171251 and is shown in FIGS. FIG. 5 shows a state immediately after the fixed mold 21 and the movable mold 22 are clamped, and the spherical valve body 23 is stored in the valve body storage portion 24a before the mold is clamped. When the fixed mold 21 and the movable mold 22 are clamped to form the cavity 25, the runner 26, the valve body storage chamber 24, and the valve seat 27, as shown in FIG. 6, the sprue 28 stores the valve body. Molten resin P in chamber 24
Is supplied. At this time, the spherical valve element 23 is separated from the valve seat 27 by the supply pressure of the molten resin P and abuts on the stopper 29. Since the stopper 29 is arranged so as to allow the molten resin P to pass therethrough, the molten resin P in the valve body accommodating chamber 24 is supplied into the cavity 25 via the gate portion 30. cavity
When the molten resin P is filled in 25, the supply of the molten resin P from the sprue 28 is stopped, and the molten resin P tries to flow back to the sprue 28 side, but at this time, as shown in FIG. The body 23 is seated watertight on the tapered valve seat 27, and the runner 26 is closed. Runner 26 closed and cavity
After the molten resin P in 25 is solidified, the mold is opened as shown in FIG. 8, and the resin molded product P 1 can be taken out.
After that, when the push-out pin 31 is projected into the valve body storage chamber 24a, the resin portion P 2 floats up together with the spherical valve body 23. At this time, the resin molded product P 1 together with the resin portion P 2 has a recess 25.
The molded product is completed by taking out from a.

However, in such a conventional injection molding die, the valve seat 27 on which the spherical valve body 23 is seated has a tapered shape.
The semi-solidified layer of the injection resin, that is, the skin layer, formed on the wall surface of the wall hinders the spherical valve body 23 from being seated in the valve seat 27 in a watertight manner. That is, the resin could flow back from the runner 24 to the sprue 28 during molding. For example, if the resin pressure in the cavity 25 drops sharply below a predetermined value, the molded product molded in the cavity 25 is likely to be deformed, that is, sink marks are likely to occur. Alternatively, the density distribution of the molded product becomes uneven. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the molded product to obtain good transferability, and the precision of the molded product cannot be ensured.

Next, the operation will be described. Molten resin injected from an injection nozzle (not shown) sequentially flows into the sprue 9, the first runner 5, the second runner 6, and the gate 7, and is filled in the cavity 8. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the spherical valve body 4 is pressed against the stop pin 11 by the pressure F of the inflowing molten resin, and the first runner 5 having a large pressure is applied.
Does not interfere with the molten resin flowing into the second runner 6 having a small pressure. Then, when the pressure of the molten resin filled in the cavity 8 reaches the set pressure, the injection of the injection nozzle is stopped. By stopping the injection, as shown in FIG.
The pressure in the runner 5 decreases and the second runner 6 with a large pressure
Although the molten resin tries to flow backward to the first runner 5 having a small pressure, the spherical flow valve 4 is pressed against the step-shaped inner peripheral edge 10a by the reverse flow pressure F'and is seated on the valve seat 10. At this time, the resin is solidified on the edge surface of the stepped inner peripheral edge 10a to form a semi-solidified layer. This semi-solidified layer is a very thin layer of resin that is solidified by contacting the wall surface of the mold and is called a skin layer. Normally, a very large force is required to crush the semi-solidified layer formed on a flat surface, but in this embodiment, the semi-solidified layer is formed on the edge surface of the stepped inner peripheral edge 10a which is a sharp edge. Therefore, the semi-solidified layer can be easily crushed with a small force. Therefore, the spherical valve body 4 can be easily seated on the valve seat 10 in a watertight manner, and the resin flowing back from the gap of the semi-solidified layer can be completely sealed in a short time, that is, the gate 7 can be sealed. Then, the molten resin in the cavity 8 is cooled and solidified while being kept at a predetermined pressure even after the injection is stopped, and the fixed mold 2 and the movable mold 3 are opened to take out a molded product.

FIG. 4 shows changes in the pressure inside the mold with the molding time of the conventional injection mold and the injection mold of the present invention. Injection of the molten resin is started at time t 0 and stopped at time t 1 . When a conventional injection molding die is used (indicated by a chain double-dashed line in the figure), it takes time for the spherical valve body 4 to crush the semi-solidified layer, that is, time from t 1 to t 3 , The backflow of the resin causes the pressure inside the mold to drop rapidly. Although it is possible to seal the flow back to the time t 3, the molded article in the mold for this rapid pressure drop is easily deformed. However, when the injection molding die of this example is used (shown by the solid line in the figure), the semi-solidified layer is crushed by the spherical valve body immediately after the injection is stopped (time t 2 ), and the reverse flow of the resin is completely completed. It is sealed and the pressure in the mold does not drop sharply. Therefore, the pressure in the mold gradually decreases with cooling, so that the deformation of the molded product in the mold is prevented and a highly accurate molded product can be obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an injection molding die, a concave portion for forming a cavity is formed in a fixed die and a movable die, and a groove portion for forming a runner is fixed as a resin supply passage to the cavity. There is one in which a sprue which communicates with the groove portion and supplies molten resin from the outside to the runner is formed on the mold side. In this injection mold, there was a problem that the resin injected into the cavity backflowed under the influence of the pressure change on the runner side and generated distortion. It has been proposed to add a sealing function to solve the above problems.

When the pressure of the molten resin filled in the cavity 8 reaches the set pressure, the injection of the injection nozzle is stopped. When the pressure in the first runner 5 starts to decrease due to the stop of the injection, the molten resin tends to flow backward from the second runner 6 having a large pressure to the first runner 5 having a smaller pressure than that, as shown in FIG. At this time, the spherical valve body 4 is pressed against the first gate 10 by the reverse flow pressure F'and is pressed against and seated on the first gate 10. In this state, the semi-solidified layer is formed by the solidification of the resin on the edge surface of the inner peripheral edge 10a which is the valve seat.
This semi-solidified layer is a very thin film of resin that is solidified by contacting the wall surface of the mold, and is called a skin layer. Normally, a very large force is required to crush the semi-solidified layer formed on the flat surface, but in the present embodiment, the semi-solidified layer is formed on the edge surface of the stepped inner peripheral edge 10a which is a sharp edge. Therefore, the semi-solidified layer can be easily crushed with a small force. Therefore, the spherical valve body 4 is
Easily seats in the liquid tightly on the gate 10 and completely seals the resin flowing back from the gap of the semi-solidified layer in a short time, that is , closing the flow path 12 to ensure the first gate 10 Seal. In this way, the resin in the cavity 8 immediately after the injection is stopped
Use the pressure difference between the pressure and the resin pressure of the first runner 5.
The spherical valve body 4 is pressed against the first gate 10 and seated.
The gate can be sealed.

4 to 7 show an injection molding die according to the present invention.
It is a figure which shows a 2nd Example. First, FIG. 4 shows a state immediately after the fixed mold 21 and the movable mold 22 are clamped in this embodiment. The spherical valve body 23 (movable member) is a valve body of the fixed mold 21 before the mold clamp. It is stored in the storage portion 24a. Fixed mold 21 and movable mold 23 are clamped, and cavity 25 and runner

Once 30 has been defined, then the sprue, as shown in FIG.
The molten resin P is supplied from the 28 (resin supply passage) to the valve body storage chamber 24. At this time, the spherical valve body 23 separates from the first gate 30 , which is the valve seat, by the supply pressure of the molten resin P, and contacts the stopper 29. Since the stopper 29 is arranged so as to allow the molten resin P to pass therethrough, the molten resin P in the valve body accommodating chamber 24 is supplied into the cavity 25 via the second gate 27 . When the molten resin P is filled in the cavity 25,
The supply of the molten resin P from the sprue 28 is stopped, and the molten resin P tries to flow back to the sprue 28 side. At this time,
As shown in FIG. 6, the spherical valve body 4 has a tapered first gate.
Seat watertightly on the boat 30 and close the runner 26 halfway.
Then, after the runner 26 is closed, the resin P in the cavity 25 is solidified. Next, the mold opening is performed as shown in FIG. At this time, the resin molded product P 1 (molded product body) molded in the cavity 25 can be taken out. Next, when the push-out pin 31 is projected into the valve body housing portion 24a,
The second resin portion solidified without a break integrally with the resin molded article P 1 at the gate within 27 of P 2 (valve body exposed portion) is lifted with the resin molded article P 1. At this time, the resin portion P 2 and the subsequent
The spherical valve body 23 separates the resin from the resin in the resin supply passage.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the resin portion P 2 on the right side in the drawing
A part of the spherical valve body 23 is exposed at the end. Because

Further , as described above, the ball is attached prior to the mold clamping.
The valve body 23 is stored in the valve body storage chamber 24 which is a part of the runner 26.
Then, the spherical valve element 23 and the resin pressure are applied to the cavity 25.
After the gate is sealed when the injection filling is completed,
Both perform the injection molding method of taking out the spherical valve body 23.
Therefore, the man-hours for gate sealing are reduced, and
It is easy to take out and handle the shape. In particular,
As described above, the push-out pin 31 is projected into the valve body housing portion 24a.
When making it, it is integrally connected to the resin molded product P 1 which is the molded product body.
Stick out the solidified resin part P 2 (valve body exposed part)

A gate sealing function is added and the size is reduced.
In this respect, the effects of both the first and second embodiments are as described above.
Although obtained, the first embodiment is preferable in terms of sealing performance.
Yes. That is, the comparison of the sealing performances in both Examples by the change of the resin pressure in the mold is as shown in FIG.
In the figure, injection of the molten resin is started at time t 0 and stopped at time t 1 . In the case of the second embodiment, it takes time from t 1 to t 3 until the spherical valve body 23 crushes the semi-solidified layer and sits on the first gate 30 to seal the outflow of the resin, during which time the gold the pressure in the mold is reduced, in the case of the first embodiment, since the spherical valve body 4 immediately after the injection stop t 2 is seated on the inner peripheral edge 10a of the first gate 10 stepped, semi-cured layer moment And the reverse flow of the resin is almost completely blocked. That is, in the first embodiment, by forming the first gate 10 as a stepped valve seat, it is possible to extremely reduce the decrease in the pressure inside the mold during gate sealing, and to ensure deformation during cooling. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a molded article with higher accuracy.

It goes without saying that the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. For example, the above-described embodiment is a mold and a molding method that do not require a pressure compression step, but it can be applied to a mold and a molding method that perform a pressure compression step. Even in this case, the mechanism for transmitting the force from the outside to the sealing mechanism can be eliminated, the mold can be downsized and the cost can be reduced, and the gate sealing performance can be improved. This is because there is no difference in producing the effect of being able to do it.
