Among them, the plate-like object loading device shown in FIG. 3 transfers the plate-like object A transferred by a conveyor B while sandwiching it between delivery rollers C facing each other vertically and rotating at a predetermined speed while accelerating. The second plate-like object A is stacked on top of the plate-like object A which has already been stacked downward by discharging in the forward direction and causing the tip of the plate-like object A to abut against the abutment body D by its flight. It is a thing. By the way, in this stacking device, there is no problem with the width of the plate-like object as long as it is within the width of the feed roller, and if it is within the width of the roller, the plate-like objects can be transferred and stacked side by side in the width direction. ..

Therefore, there is a problem that the surface of a plate-like object such as a decorative board material having a smooth finish attached to the surface or a painted board material having a coating is scratched or the coating is peeled off. Moreover, since the tip end of the plate-like object is abutted against the abutment body by the flight of the plate-like objects, the stacking state is likely to vary, and on the contrary, it takes a lot of man-hours to arrange them.

It is also not possible to transfer and load side by side. Also, it is troublesome to match the movement timing of the linear guide with rollers and the transfer speed of the plate-like object, and since the movement is performed by an actuator such as a cylinder, the operation of the actuator is slow, for example, in the cold season. In such a case, the timing could not be matched, and the apparatus often stopped.

The plate-like object is transferred forward with the tip of the object resting on the support. When the tip of the plate-like object hits the stopper in due course, the stopper is separated from the conveying roller by the length of the plate-like object or more, so that the rear end portion of the plate-like object in the transfer direction falls off the conveying roller and falls downward. To do. When the cord moves further, the supporting tool is disengaged from the front end portion of the plate material in the transfer direction in a state where the plate material hits the stopper, and the front end portion also drops downward.
At this time, since the moving speed of the cords and the supporting tool is equal to the rotating speed of the carrying roller, the plate-like object does not rub anywhere. Further, after the rear end of the plate-like object in the transfer direction falls downward, the support tool is disengaged from the front end of the plate-like object in the transfer direction with the tip of the plate-like object abutting against the stopper, and the tip part is removed. Since it falls downward, there is little deviation of the tip and it is easy to align automatically.

First, as shown in FIG. 2a, when the round bar 2 is in contact with the stop limit switch 32, the main chain 1 and the carrying roller 3 are stopped, and the next round bar 2 is located slightly ahead of the carrying roller 3. ing. From this state, when the plate material A conveyed on the conveyor B comes into contact with the start limit switch 30 and the signal is output to the control panel, the main chain 1 causes the arrow y to move after a suitable time by the timer in the control panel. The transport roller 3 rotates in the arrow x direction at the same time. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2B, the plate material A is sent out from the carrying roller 3 and further forward in the transfer direction with its tip end resting on the round bar 2.

The rear end portion of A comes off from the transport roller 3 and falls in the direction of arrow t in the figure. At this time, since the tip end of the plate material A is still on the round bar 2, the tip thereof jumps up above the stopper 4 about the contact point with the round bar 2, but the upper side of the stopper 4 is rearward in the transfer direction. Since the plate material A is curved or slanted, the distance from the trailing end of the plate material A to the stopper 4 is substantially uniform, and the position of the plate material A is not displaced by the jumping of the tip.

After that, the round bar 2 comes into contact with the stop limit switch 32 and a signal thereof is output to the control panel, and the main chain 1 and the conveying roller 3 are stopped by the control from the control panel. Also, the plate material A that has dropped causes the arm 31a of the elevating limit switch 31 to rotate, and an elevating signal is output to the control panel. The cylinder 29 of the lifter 25 contracts only while the up / down signal and the stop signal are output, whereby the link arm 28 rotates in the direction of arrow r and the loading table 27 descends. When the loading platform 27 eventually descends to the position of the imaginary line in the figure, the loaded plate A is disengaged from the arm 31a of the lifting limit switch 31 and the arm 31a is opened as shown in FIG. 2a, so that the lifting signal is stopped. ,
This stops the lowering of the lifter 25. Further, in this embodiment, before the lifter 25 descends, the cylinder 23 of the pressing device 22 advances to push the dropped plate A toward the support plate 21 as shown in FIG.
To adhere. As a result, the stacking device of this embodiment can stack not only the front end of the plate material A but also the width direction.

Further, although the chain is used as the cord and moved by the sprocket, it may be moved by the pulley or the like by using, for example, a rope or a belt. Further, the number of lines is not limited to two, and three or more lines may be provided side by side. In this case, the support tool may be provided between the adjacent lines. Further, in this embodiment, the plate material is transferred in the horizontal direction in detail. However, if the plate material has an angle within a range that does not slip out against the frictional force with the round bar, the plate material is transferred in a slightly oblique direction. But it doesn't matter.

く、連続した積載作業が可能となる。As described above, according to the plate-shaped article loading device of the present invention, the support and the cords that move the support are placed with the tip of the plate-shaped article resting on the support. When the plate-like object is transferred by the conveying roller at the same speed and the leading end of the plate-like object hits the stopper, the plate-like object is disengaged from the conveying roller and the trailing end portion of the plate-like object in the transfer direction falls downwards. With the structure in which the plate-shaped object hits the stopper, the support tool is disengaged from the plate-shaped object and the leading end of the plate-shaped object in the transfer direction also falls downward, so the plate-shaped object does not rub anywhere and is scratched. It doesn't get stuck. Further, since the leading end portion of the plate-shaped object in the transfer direction drops downward in a state where the tip end of the plate-shaped object abuts on the stopper, the deviation of the tip ends is small and it is easy to align them. Furthermore, since there is no need to use an actuator or the like, there is no unevenness in operation and continuous loading work becomes possible.
