It gave a sense of harmony.

In a vehicle seat in which a sheet heater arranged in a desired pattern on a base fabric is interposed on the back side of the surface material of the main seat, the base cloth of the sheet heater is provided with a sheet heater for increasing the flexibility of the base cloth. It is characterized by having a large number of notches.

The planar heater 2 has heating wires 4 arranged on a base fabric 3 in a zigzag or other required pattern, but the base fabric 3 of the planar heater 2 has slit-like slits in areas other than where the heating wires 4 are arranged. Alternatively, a large number of holes 5 and other notches 5 are provided to increase the flexibility of the base fabric 3.

されている。(Effect of the invention) When the device configured as described above is installed in a conventional vehicle seat of this type, when a seated person closes a switch (not shown) connected to the heat generating line 4, the heat generating line 4 generates heat. The surface material of the seat main body 1 is heated by heating, but in the present invention, the surface material of the seat main body 1 is heated.
Since a large number of notches 5 are arranged in the base fabric 3 to increase the flexibility of the base fabric 3, the stiffness of the base fabric increases the spring constant of the seat surface and backrest surface of the seat body 1. Therefore, the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 described above is referred to as the present device A, the case where no sheet heater is used at all is referred to as a comparative example, and the base fabric without the notch is referred to as a comparative example. As a comparative example, we measured the spring constant at each part of A to A shown in Fig. 1 using the planar heater as shown in Fig. 4. As is clear from the graph in Fig. 4, The value was almost the same as that of the comparative example that did not use a sheet heater at all, but the value was much higher in the case of a sheet heater using a base fabric without notches, and the value was much higher than that of the comparative example that did not use a sheet heater at all. It has been confirmed that although product A uses a planar heater, there is almost no discomfort when sitting.
