A large shearing force acts between the block body and the center belt during torque transmission, and the power transmission force of the block belt is greatly influenced by the adhesion force at this joint, and the durability of the belt depends on the durability of this joint. It can be said that it depends on the gender. Further, the complicated joining of the center belt and the block body increases the cost and results in a lack of versatility.

A fixing method of inserting a flat belt (for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 175334/1983) has been proposed.

ベルト自体の製造コストを高める結果となる。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Although it is true that the conventional fixing means using bolts or rivets can achieve strong fixing, this requires the drilling of through holes in the center belt and block body. There is a big problem in drilling this through hole, especially in the center belt, as the presence of this hole reduces the strength of the belt itself.
In addition, a series of operations are required, such as drilling a through hole, inserting a bolt or rivet, and then tightening a nut or caulking the tip of the rivet, and these multi-step processes require a lot of effort in manufacturing the belt itself. This results in increased costs.

Pressing the center belt into the groove of the block body requires more effort than expected.

It is also possible to replace the forming part depending on the location.
The block body 5 assembled with the pair of block pieces 5a and 5b has a fastening member 14 constituted by a substantially U-shaped metal wire member that substantially matches the outer peripheral shape of the block body 5. , its central part 1
5 to the bottom of the lower block piece 5b, if there is a relay groove in the bottom, fit into the groove, and further insert the member 1.
4. Fit the rising portion 16 extending from the central portion 15 into the vertical grooves 10, 10 provided on the side wall surfaces of the lower block piece 5b and the upper block piece 5a, respectively, and then insert the inwardly bent portions 17, 17 at both ends into the upper block piece. The block body 5 disposed on both sides of the center belt 2 along the V-shaped top surface 12 of the block body 5a is fastened and fixed in the shape of a waistband with the center belt 2 as a core body using the linear fastening member 14. . Linear fastening member 1
4, the pair of block pieces 5a, 5b are fixed to the center belt 2 by utilizing the inherent elasticity of both structural members, so that the fastening force is strong. The bent portions 17, 17 are the V-shaped top surface 1 of the upper block piece 5a.
By applying a bending force along the two parts in a deep V-shape, the fastening member 14 can be fixed in place even more reliably and strongly.

Temporary fixation of the member 14 becomes reliable, and subsequent caulking work of the fastening member becomes easy. Reference numeral 22 denotes a receiving tool forming one side of the caulking tool 21, and the receiving tool 22 is formed with a fitting portion 23 that can tightly fit into the block body portion of the block belt which has been temporarily assembled. Vertical protrusions 23' are provided on both sides of the fitting portion 23 to fit into the longitudinal grooves 10 of the block body 5, respectively, and to prevent the pair of rising portions 16, 16 of the fastening member 14 from expanding in the lateral direction. is erected. する。 In the caulking tool 21 having the above configuration,
The block part of the belt with the fastening member 14 attached thereto is fitted into the fitting part 23 of the receiving tool 22, leaving inwardly bent parts 17', 17' formed at both ends of the fastening member. Next, the pushing side tool 24 is placed opposite to the receiving side tool 22, and the halfway bent portions of both ends of the fastening member 14 are positioned on the curved guide surfaces 27, 27 provided on both side hem portions of the pushing strip 25 of the pushing side tool 24, The distance between the receiving side tool 22 and the pushing side tool 24 is gradually brought closer, and the halfway bent portion 1 near both ends of the fastening member 14 is
Along with this, the bending degree of 7' deepens, and finally, by the complete bending operation of the fastening member 14 by the crest 26 of the pushing strip 25, a pair of halfway bent parts 1 are formed.
7' and 17' are the V-shaped top surfaces 12 of the upper block piece 5a.
The pair of block pieces 5a and 5b are bent deeply into a V-shape along the center belt, thereby realizing a firm wrap-like fixation of the pair of block pieces 5a and 5b to the center belt surface, which is most desired as a fastening member.

る。(Effects of the Invention) The block belt according to the present invention has a pair of block pieces arranged on both sides of a flat belt-like center belt serving as a core material, and when fixing this, the center belt and the pair of block pieces are fixed. By providing a convex piece and a corresponding concave groove on each contact surface and fitting these pieces together, vibration between the two members is suppressed.Furthermore, the belt pieces are arranged in a body wrap around the center belt and the pair of block pieces. By tightening the fastening members, the fixation of each component of the belt becomes even stronger, and it exhibits strong durability, especially against the shearing force that acts between the center belt and the block pieces when the belt is running. Compared to bolting, riveting, etc., which were conventionally used as a fixing method for fixing the center belt and the block pieces, the labor of drilling bolt holes in each belt component is eliminated, and this belt By eliminating the need for any through-holes in the member, due to the existence of these holes, there is no need for any holes in the center belt, which eliminates the need for cracks that frequently occur around these holes. This eliminates the problem of acceleration of belt deterioration, which can greatly contribute to prolonging the belt life of block belts.

速、確実なものとすることができる。 In addition, in the method for manufacturing a block belt according to the present invention, when a pair of block pieces is disposed on both sides of the flat belt-shaped center belt, a fitting means is provided for providing a convex piece and a concave groove on the contact surfaces of both structural members. After that, the belt is assembled into three configurations by fitting the fastening member into the vertical groove provided on the side wall surface of the block piece and forming an inwardly bent part in the middle near the tip of the fastening member. By shaping the parts into approximately the regular belt shape, subsequent attachment to the caulking tool becomes easy, and the fastening members, which are responsible for the final tightening work of each belt component, are formed at both ends. The existence of the inwardly bent part in the middle of the block belt serves as an index for locating the corner of the block belt, making it easier to assemble and mold the belt.
Furthermore, the existence of this pre-formed inward bent portion makes it possible to clarify the bending point of the fastening member during the pressing operation with the pushing strip of the pushing side tool during the crimping tool, and then to form a V-shape by this bent portion. Fastening and finishing work can be done quickly and reliably.

することができる。 In addition, the top surface of the upper block forming the back surface of the belt is pre-formed in a V-shape, and the pushing strip of the pushing side tool of the caulking tool has a chevron shape, and due to the synergistic effect of the elasticity possessed by the block pieces, Both ends of the linear fastening member are bitten into a V-shape at the back surface of the belt, thereby making it possible to further ensure the tightening effect of the belt component.
