The resin case 1 has a built-in rotating mechanism section that includes a combination of a rotating element and a stationary element. That is, in the case of the trimmer capacitor shown in the figure, a dielectric plate 6, a metal rotor 7, a spring 8, and a driver plate 9 are arranged in this order from the bottom side of the resin case 1.
Of these, the dielectric plate 6 constitutes a stationary element, and the metal rotor 7, spring 8, and driver plate 9 constitute a rotating element. A substantially semicircular stator electrode 10 is provided on the lower surface of the dielectric plate 6 and is in electrical and elastic contact with the spring portion 4.
is formed. A rotor electrode 11 facing the stator electrode 10 with a dielectric plate 6 in between is formed on the metal rotor 7 with a step difference, and as the metal rotor 7 rotates, the opposing areas of the stator electrode 10 and the rotor electrode 11 are increased. can now be changed. A groove 12 is provided on the upper surface of the metal rotor 7, into which a spring 8 is inserted so as not to rotate with respect to the metal rotor 7. The driver plate 9 is mechanically fixed to the spring 8 by caulking its lower end. The driver plate 9 is formed with an adjustment groove 13 into which, for example, the tip of a driver can engage. From dielectric plate 6 to driver plate 9
After the elements up to this point have been inserted into the resin case 1, the upper end of the cylindrical portion 5 is caulked to prevent these elements from slipping out of the resin case 1.

In FIGS. 21 to 23, only the resin case 1 in which the terminals 2 and 3 are integrally molded is shown alone. Here, FIG. 21 is a plan view, FIG. 22 is a sectional view taken along line HH in FIG. 21, and FIG. 23 is a bottom view. In these drawings, if we pay attention to the spring part 4 that is integrally formed with the terminal 2, a free space is formed around the spring part 4 so that elastic displacement of the spring part 4 cannot be prevented. . That is, by simply placing the dielectric plate 6 on the bottom surface of the resin case 1, the stator electrode 1
0 and the terminal 2 must be reliably electrically connected, and for this purpose, the spring portion 4 must make full use of its springiness to contact the stator electrode 10. In this manner, in order to leave a free space around the spring portion 4, the resin case 1 is molded using a mold 15 having a shape as shown in FIG. The mold 15 is formed with a protruding wall 16 for receiving the spring part 4 and leaving a free space around it.

FIGS. 25 to 28 are diagrams for explaining a trimmer capacitor as a second conventional example.
Referring to FIG. 25 showing the overall structure of the trimmer capacitor, a resin case 21 is molded with terminals 22 embedded therein. A spring portion 23 is integrally formed in a portion of the terminal 22 located inside the resin case 21. The resin case 21 has a built-in rotating mechanism section that is composed of a combination of a rotating element and a stationary element, as in the first conventional example described above. That is, the dielectric plate 24 serving as a fixed side element and the metal rotor 25 serving as a rotating side element are arranged in order from the bottom side of the resin case 21. Then, the other terminal 26 is arranged on the metal rotor 25. A substantially semicircular stator electrode 27 is formed on the lower surface of the dielectric plate 24 and is in electrical and elastic contact with the spring portion 23 . The metal rotor 25 includes a rotor electrode 28 that faces the stator electrode 27 with a dielectric plate 24 in between, and the opposing area between the stator electrode 27 and the rotor electrode 28 can be changed by rotating the metal rotor 25. . An adjustment groove 29 is provided on the upper surface of the metal rotor 25. The terminal 26 is
A ring-shaped base 30 is provided so as not to prevent a driver or the like from being inserted into the adjustment groove 29, and a plurality of spring contact pieces 31 extend from the base 30. The spring contact piece 31 contacts the upper surface of the metal rotor 25 to achieve electrical connection with the metal rotor 25.

FIG. 26 is a plan view showing the resin case 21 in which the terminal 22 is integrally molded;
The figure is a sectional view taken along line JJ in FIG. 26.
The terminal 22 forms a wide surface portion 32 in the resin case 21, and while closing the bottom surface of the resin case 21, the T-shaped spring portion 23 folded over via the folded portion 33 is placed above the wide surface portion 32. It is located in Also in this conventional example, a free space must be formed around the periphery 34 of the spring portion 23 so as not to hinder the elastic displacement of the spring portion 23. Therefore, a mold 35 as shown in FIG. 28 is used to mold the resin case 21. A protruding wall 36 is formed in the mold 35 in order to receive the spring part 23 and to form a free space 34 around it.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As mentioned above, two conventional examples that are interesting to the present invention have been illustrated, but when focusing on the molding process of the resin case 1 or 21, there are the following problems. That is, the periphery 14 or 3 of the spring portion 4 or 23
4. In order to prevent the molding material from wrapping around, a protruding wall 16 or 36 must be formed in the mold 15 or 35, as is clear from the illustrated shape of the mold 15 or 35. However, in the case of minute components such as trimmer capacitors, such walls 16 or 36
This becomes a mechanically extremely weak part and is easily damaged during repeated molding, thus shortening the life of the mold.

Means for Solving the Problems According to the present invention, a rotating mechanism section consisting of a combination of a rotating element and a stationary element is built into a resin case, and the resin case is integrally molded with a terminal made of a metal plate. This terminal forms a spring part that electrically and elastically contacts a part of the stationary element on the inner side of the resin case, and also extends to the outside of the resin case. It is aimed at electronic mechanical parts. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an enclosure is formed on the inner surface of the resin case to surround the spring part and include a part of the metal plate that constitutes the terminal.

is preferably cut in advance. and,
As shown in FIG. 11, the mold 50 is kept in contact with the enclosure 46, and the resin case 1 is molded. Note that illustration of other molds is omitted. The hole 51 formed in the bottom wall of the resin case 1 is a result of a mold being inserted here, and there is a gap between the part of the mold inserted into the hole 51 and the mold 50 described above. The wing portion 42 of the terminal 41 is sandwiched, and the enclosure 46 comes into contact with the mold 50, preventing the resin from going around the periphery 45 of the spring portion 44. Here, it is sufficient that the mold 50 is formed with a recess 52 for receiving the spring portion 44, and the mold 50 has a relatively wide area surrounding the enclosure 4.
It should be noted that it is in face contact with 6.

As shown in FIG. 17, the resin case 21 is molded with the base portion 62 of the terminal 61 inserted into a mold. A mold 67 that is a part of the mold for this mold has a recess 68 that receives the spring portion 63.
However, it is in surface contact with the enclosure 66 over a relatively wide area. And mold 6
The inner surface of the resin case 21 molded with 7 forms a surface flush with the enclosure 66, as shown in FIG. The spring portion 63 is slightly curved upward, and when the dielectric plate 24 is arranged as shown in FIG. 12, it elastically contacts the stator electrode 27 and connects the terminal 61 and the stator A reliable electrical connection with the electrode 27 is achieved. Note that the molding material for the resin case 21 covers the periphery of the lower portion 62b of the base 62 and
is securely fixed to the resin case 21.

The resin case 21 shown in FIG. 12 has a different shape from the resin case 21 shown in FIGS. 13 and 14. As shown in FIG. 12, after the above-mentioned rotation mechanism is housed in the resin case 21 and the terminals 26 are arranged, the upper end of the resin case 21 is closed to prevent these elements from coming off. This is because the edges were bent inward. That is, the upper end edge of the resin case 21 made of, for example, thermoplastic resin is bent inward while being heated, so as to engage with the base 30 of the terminal 26 . Note that this also applies to the trimmer capacitor shown in FIG. 25 described above.

Third Embodiment FIGS. 18 and 19 are for explaining a third embodiment of the present invention. This third embodiment is obtained by slightly modifying the terminal 61 of the second embodiment described above. That is, a recess 71 is provided in the right side portion 62b of the base of the terminal 61. The other configurations are the same as in the second embodiment.

By providing the concave portion 71 in this manner, the elastic displacement range of the spring portion 63 can be widened. For example, as shown in FIG. Even if it is displaced, it is possible to reliably form an escape to prevent it from hitting the right side portion, that is, the lower portion 62b.

Further, although the above-described embodiments have been described in connection with a trimmer capacitor, the present invention can also be applied to other electronic mechanical components. For example, in the case of a variable resistor, a resistance board is built into a resin case as a stationary element of the rotating mechanism, and is connected to a resistor formed on this resistance board via a through hole, etc. The configuration that characterizes the present invention can be applied to the terminal that elastically contacts the electrode on the back side.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, an enclosure surrounding the spring portion of the terminal is formed on the inner surface of the resin case using a part of the metal plate constituting the terminal. There is no need for the mold to have a protruding wall to prevent the mold material from wrapping around the spring portion. That is,
It is sufficient that the mold has a surface that makes surface contact over a relatively large area with the enclosure, and the life of the mold is reduced due to the presence of protruding walls that are mechanically weak parts. Shortening can be advantageously prevented. Also, forming an enclosure around the spring part is
It is relatively easy, and no matter how small the spring portion becomes, there is no need to modify the mold side, which is particularly advantageous for small electronic mechanical parts.
