に携帯便利な防水カバーである 向かい風に風圧を少なくして濡れ荷をなくする防水カバ
ーである ［構成］図 １，２，３，Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃの三点で一組であ
る Ａはカゴの内側に底敷を兼ねて爪２で固定する Ｂはカゴの外側に鉢巻きの様にしてゴム紐４でおさえて
引っ張り両端のＳカン５でカゴ目にかける Ｃは空気パイプ８の中央７より吹きいれゴム９でカゴに
帽子の様にかぶせる

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は着脱が簡単で又折りたたみ，携帯に便利である自転 車の荷物籠用防水カバーである 従来のカバーはハンドルに棒状のもので固定してあり，ハンドル の型状によっては取り付けが出来なかった。又使用すれば風圧が 高く横風の際は濡れ荷が生じて不適当であった 本案はその欠点を除いて雨の日も快適にするものである

２でカゴのふちに固定して胴回りにコム紐４を紐通し６

中央７より空気を吸入する事によって半球形になり水は

柄プリント及びゴム製の制作にも適用出来る 天井部分をパイプの空気圧によって半球状になるので水
はけが良くなる 荷物カゴの形及び大きさもフリーサイズに付けられる風
圧を少なくして濡れ荷もなくなる
