を完了した後、金型8を搬入する。搬入後、第4
図に見られるローラ9により横方向、及び、上下
方向(図示していないが、シリンダ等で上下の調
整が出来るようになつている)の調整を行い、固
定盤7上部に取り付けた光電スイツチ1(本実施
例では上部のみ)が感知すれば金型8の位置が決
まる。尚、本実施例においては、光電スイツチ1
検出体2の設置位置を固定盤7金型8各々の上部
としたが、下部でも、側面でも、固定盤7の代わ
りに可動盤14に設置しても良い。また、取付調
整装置12に関しては、検出体2と検出体取付板
6を一体にしたり、座13と磁性体4を一体にし
たり、ボルト5の代わりに定寸のブロツクを使用

整を行い設置する。以上の調節を完了した後、金

なつている)の調整を行い、固定盤7上部及び側
面に取り付けた光電スイツチ1がすべて感知すれ
ば金型8の位置が決まる。尚、本実施例において
は、光電スイツチ1検出体2の設置位置を固定盤
7金型8各々の上部及び側面としたが、下部で
も、他の側面でも、固定盤7の代わりに可動盤1
4に設置しても良い。さらに、同じ面に2組設置
しても良いし、金型8の大きさに応じて必要とす
