Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は重ね裁断の場合、生地を垂
れさげ動かしても針体の先端部（２）が直接生地にあた
らず、支軸（３）の部で枢着されているので、引っかか
ったり、破れたりする心配なく縞，柄の同じ箇所に針体
を刺すことが出来る針体である。 【構成】 裁断する物の形により、型の定規を
組み、目標点に針体を設置し、そこに本考案の針体を取
付け、生地の目標点を刺し普段は（３）を枢着しておく
ので、生地を動かしても引っかからず疵を付けずに同一
箇所に針体を刺すことが出来、多量の身揃えが出来て裁
断することが出来る。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【産業上の利用分野】 本考案は、洋服の縞並びに柄を揃えて重ねて裁断する時に 従来の針体では先が尖っているので生地を引っかけ、破けて しまうので、刺す前に折れているため引っかからない裁断用 の針体で、危険もなく思う所に刺せる針体である。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】 従来は、このような仕事には真直な針体を使用していて、 重ねて多量に１度に裁断する時には針先が尖っているため生 地が引っかかり、いためたり、破けてしまうため１枚１枚４ 隅を持って上からそっと置いて重ねたが、縞，柄はあまり揃 わなかった。従って２〜３枚しか１度に断てなかった。 【０００３】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】 従来の技術で述べた通り、１枚１枚４隅を４人で持ち１人 ぶんきり重ねられずそれでも縞，柄は揃わず、この考案した 針体を使って生地掛け、断ち揃えをやれば、生地は引っかか らず多量に目標に刺すことが出来、最初から最後迄で同一の 縞，柄の所に刺すことが出来る。 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】 上記目標達成のため裁断前の生地の縞，柄を重ねて揃える のに、本考案は従来の針体の先端部（３）により枢着し、 かつ一方が係止され其の枢着された部分が尖っていないので 生地を動かして針体に触っても引っかからない。 【０００５】 【実施例】 製品の形により、型を定規に組み、そこに針台を取り付け 針台に針体を配置し其の針体を普段は枢着しておいて、生地 を刺す場合に真直にして刺す、最初の１枚目の目標の所と最 後の重ね終わった所の目標物はこの針体によって同一場所に 揃い、非常に能率も良く正確に身揃えが出来る。 【０００６】 【考案の効果】 本考案は、上記の通り生地をどこにも引っかけずに、自由 に振り廻すことが出来、相当な量の重ね裁断が出来て、正確 に又能率も上がりました。
