より一定高さにまで持ち上げられた蓋をそれ以上
に持ち上げたときには、蓋荷重検出手段による検
出結果により強制持ち上げ手段の押上棒を持ち上
げ待機位置に戻すことができ、このように蓋を大
きく開いた場合にその押上棒を元の位置に戻すこ
とができるから、床下収納庫への物品の収納及び
取り出しを押上棒が邪魔になることなく容易に行
うことができ、かつ蓋の閉成も押上棒の戻し操作
を行うことなく楽に行うことができ、このような
良さに加えて、特に本発明においては、強制持ち
上げ手段はエアーポンプと、エアーポンプにて圧
送されたエアーにて膨らむ空気袋と、膨らんだ空
気袋により押し上げられる押上棒にて構成するか
ら、従来のようにギヤを多数組合わせる機械減速
機構を使用することによる問題を回避し、圧力エ
アーの圧送にて膨らむ空気袋の膨張力を利用する
故、ギヤの欠けのようなトラブルがなく、緩衝機
