ようなされている。下型に表皮材を配設した状態
で、下型に中子型を挿入し、発泡体の肉抜き部分
を形成し、発泡合成樹脂の原液の使用量を減少さ
せることが行なわれ、またシートフレームやヘド
レストフレーム等のフレームを挿入し、表皮材及
びフレームと一体に発泡体を成形することが行な
われている。

しく向上させることができる表皮材一体発泡体の
発泡成形型を得ることができる。
