本発明はシート状物を平面状に吸着保持する装
置に関する。この種のシート吸着装置は例えばX
−Yレコーダ等に使用される。第1図にこの種の
シート吸着装置を使用するX−Yレコーダを示
す。第1図において、1はX−Yレコーダ、2は
シート保持装置を有した記録面、3は記録紙、4
は記録ペン駆動機構、5はペンキヤリツジ、6は
記録ペンである。このX−Yレコーダ1は記録面
2上に載置された記録紙3上に外部入力X−Y信
号によりX−Y記録を行なうものであるがこの場

る。第2図において、7は基板、8は例えばくし
歯状に形成された電極である。この電極に電圧を

の誘電体(図示せず)を介して載置されるシート
に電荷が帯電し、シートが吸着保持される。前述
のX−Yレコーダにおいてはこの基板7が記録面

2の吸着力発生部、11は第3の吸着力発生部で
ある。このシート吸着装置上に記録紙3を載置
し、最内側の吸着力発生部9から順次電圧を印加
し、またこの印加電圧を順次除いていき最終的に
最外側の吸着力発生部11のみで記録紙3を吸着
保持する構成としたものである。(第4図参照)
以上において、本発明の構成を有したシート吸
着装置を使用することによつて以下に述べる効果
