れた治具パレットPを作業工程順に搬送して、エンジン
や足回り部品等を順次位置決め搭載する載置式のコンベ
ア装置を設けてあり、車体Bをオーバーヘッド方式のコ
ンベア装置で治具パレットP上に搬送して、車体Bと治
具パレットPとを位置決めした後にエンジンや足回り部
品等を車体Bに組付ける。その後、車体Bは中継ライン
L3を介して再度メインラインL1に搬送されて組み立

式モータMを備えるとともに、横フレームF1の前後両
端から垂下した縦フレームF2に、前記走行装置Aの横
揺れ防止のピンチローラR1を配して構成してある。さ
らに、前記ガイドレールLの側壁面には、前記電動式モ
ータMに対する給電線及び制御信号線を備える給電レー
ルユニットを取付けてあり、前記縦フレームF2に、給
電線及び制御信号線と接触する摺動子BLを取り付けて
ある。前記ハンガーフレームHは、前記縦フレームF2
の下端前後にわたり這わせたアームF3に、前後一対の
水平フレームH1を吊り下げ、その水平フレームH1の
両端部に左右一対の垂直フレームH2を揺動自在に取り
付けて構成してある。図4に示すように、前記左右物品
載置部Cは、前記左右一対の垂直フレームH2の下端部
のそれぞれに、互いに対向する方向へ向けた突出姿勢で
取り付けてあり、左右の物品載置部Cの夫々には、前後
にわたる物品載置板1を、垂直フレームH2の前後両端
に設けた支持枠(2)に取り付けて設けてある。ハンガ
ーフレームHの左右一対の物品載置部Cの前端部夫々に
は、搭載物品である車体Bの底部で且つ物品載置部Cか
ら外れた部分に下方から嵌合する位置決め用のピンP2
を設けてあり、前記物品載置部Cの底部で且つ垂直フレ
ームH2の前方側下端部に対応する位置には、作業ステ
ーションの床面に昇降自在に設けたハンガー位置決め用
のピンP1に嵌合する嵌合孔h1を形成してある。つま

装着し、前記支持部材4の下部に、前記操作ピン7が貫
通する方形のガイド孔h4を形成したガイド部材8を取
付けている。前記摺動ピンP3を、押し下げる押し下げ
部材9を、前記支持枠2の上面部に設けるとともに、前
記摺動ピンP3の下降時に摺動ピンP3下端部と嵌合し
て摺動ピンP3の移動を阻止するロック用嵌合孔h5の
2個を、前記ガイドレール5に沿った方向に間隔を隔て

前記摺動ピンP3のロックを解除するとともに、図2に
示すように、前記第二エアーシリンダC3により前記操
作ピン7、即ち、前記摺動ピンP3を移動させて、前記
ピン保持部3に取り付けたピンP2の位置を調節する。
