【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は半回転ミシンにおける中釜に関するも

従来、中釜に於いては摺動鍔とボビンケース包
入用の膨出部との境界には加工上のため及び油溜
り、塵溜めのため細溝が削設してあり、この溝は
上糸ループ捕捉用の剣先の手前で終わつているが
他端部ではこの細溝が終端まで設けてある。

案ではこの2本の細溝を端部まで削設せず端部の
手前で止め摺動鍔の端面が平滑な形状となるよう
にし、上糸ループの通過が円滑になるようにし
た。

以下、本考案による実施例を図面によつて説明
する。第1図〜第3図は従来の中釜であり、第1
図は正面図、第2図は側面図、第3図は背面図で
ある。図に示すごとく中釜1の大釜との摺動鍔2
とボビンケース包入部3の膨出部4a及び4bと
の境界には加工上及び塵溜のため細溝5a及び5
bが削設してある。この5a,5bは第1図及び
第3図に示すごとく一方は上糸ループ捕捉用剣先
6の手前で無くなり、他方は摺動鍔2の端部7ま
で設けてある。このため摺動鍔の端部7は第2図
で明かなごとく細溝5a及び5bのために凹部8
a及び8bが形成されることになる。この凹部が
糸切れの原因となるのであるからこの凹部を無く
すればよいことになる。本考案はこのため第4図
及び第6図に示すごとく、細溝5a,5bが摺動
鍔の端部側においてもその終端まで削設せずその
手前で終わりとした。これにより摺動鍔の端部は
第5図に図示されるごとく凹部が無くなることに
なる。
