[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to improving the safety of agricultural work by preventing breakage of the tilling nail when an impact load is applied to the tilling nail during the agricultural work in which the tiller is cultivated.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

Plowed nails To manufacture Fig. 1, special steel such as JIS standard SUP6, which is a spring steel material, is used for forging and tempering after molding, and the hardness of the tip is set to around Rockwell hardness HRC58 to increase the durability of the nail. Has been improved. However, if it is used in this condition, impact load will be exerted if stones hit the tilling claw during the tillage work, and it will break, so the hardness near the base part 4 is reduced to around HRC46 to increase the toughness. As the tilling claw is used, it gradually wears from the rake face portions 2 and 8 in contact with the soil in the state of 9, 10, and 11 in FIG. 2, and the worn shape is not uniform. If this 12 portion becomes narrower and thinner in the thickness direction, the strength will be insufficient and the tip 1 portion will break from the 12 position even if a slight load is applied to the tip. The broken portion of the tip 1 becomes a sharp blade-like tool and remains in the field, which is dangerous for subsequent agricultural work. Occasionally, broken parts may scatter and injure workers. On the other hand, in order to make the rake face part durable, as shown in Fig. 3, the alloy 14 in the hard chamber is welded, or as shown in Fig. 4, the laminated steel plate (high carbon steel 15 is used to improve the hardness of the center part). It is disclosed that the object is to improve the durability, such as by using a pinch, but it does not consider safety against breakage of the tip.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

The problem to be solved is to prevent the breakage of the tillage claws by providing hardness difference lines on the scooping noodle portions 2 and 8 which are most in contact with the soil and wear, the back side 6 and the shaft portion 4.

【0004】[0004]

Means for Solving the Problems In the present invention, the hardness of the back side 6 is lowered and a hardness difference line is provided between the rake face 2 and the rake face 2, so that the rake faces 2 and 8 that have been subjected to high hardness wear. However, when the width becomes narrower and the tip of the nail is easily broken even if a slight impact load acts, the continuous back side has a toughened part with reduced hardness, so it absorbs the impact. It is possible to prevent breakage of the tip.

FIG. 1 shows an overall view of a tillage claw. Special steel is rolled and shaped into a shape as shown in FIG. When the processing is completed, the whole is heated and rapidly cooled to obtain a high hardness around HRC60. Then, before 200 ° C., tempering is performed to remove the stress of quenching and at the same time to increase the toughness. In quenching, the heat retained at the time of forging may be used to directly cool from the forging operation. After the entire hardness is obtained, if the shank is subjected to a high temperature return treatment of 200 ° C or higher as before, and the back side is also returned to a high temperature, the hardness becomes different from that of the rake face at the tip. A hardness difference line 16 is generated. Energy such as gas, electricity, and high frequency is used for the processing method. As a reverse method, the same purpose can be obtained by uniformly quenching the entire quenched material and then heating and quenching only the rake face portions 2 and 8. In any case, it is possible to achieve the initial purpose by heat-treating the same material with the plowed nails shaped. If only the skin part of the rake face 2 or 8 is finished with high hardness, when the rake face progresses to 9, 10 and 11, breakage is prevented and wear progresses from the opposite face of high hardness. The shape of the cutting edge 3 always maintains a sharp shape. There is little resistance when driven into the soil, and the work efficiency is good. This can be applied to a blade by performing the same processing. FIG. 6 shows the vicinity of the blade portion of the blade 17. It is fixed to the drive side of this machine by the holes of the mounting holes 20 and 21. The blade portions 17 and 18 are formed by forging pressure or the like. After tempering is completed and the whole becomes high hardness, if the central portion 22 is tempered at high temperature, hardness difference lines 23 and 24 will be formed, and a strong structure will not be broken even if an impact load acts on the cutting edge.

[Effect of the device]

As described above, the present invention can prevent the damage of the tillage nail by providing the hardness difference line between the rake face and the back side of the tillage nail, and can contribute to the safety of agricultural work. Moreover, since the same material is used, the economic effect is large. Furthermore, wear resistance is also improved.
