[Prior Art] It is already known that paper-based cardboard is used as an interior material for soundproofing and heat insulation. Such paper-based corrugated cardboard is lightweight and inexpensive, and the present inventors have developed corrugated cardboard base materials, thermoforming methods, and methods suitable for thermoforming.
Various improvements have been made to molding equipment, etc. (see Utility Model Application No. 61-166693, Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-15312, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-47567), and it is now being used favorably as a base material for automobile ceiling interior materials. There is.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, one of the performance requirements for automobile ceiling interior materials is to absorb and reduce noise, etc. inside the automobile interior. However, conventional interior materials made of corrugated cardboard are generally made by simply laminating a decorative skin material to the liner surface of double-sided corrugated cardboard formed into a predetermined shape, so sound is reflected on the liner surface and insufficient sound absorption is achieved. I felt bad that I couldn't get it.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The purpose of this invention is to solve the above problems, and to create a new material that improves the sound absorption of indoor noise from automobiles, etc. while maintaining the rigidity and strength required for ceiling interior materials. Our goal is to propose curved paper-quality cardboard.

In order to achieve the above objective, this invention uses double-sided corrugated cardboard with a corrugated paper core and paper liners on both sides adhered to each other so as to maintain the required curvature, and one paper liner is cut out. By providing a cardboard portion on one side and providing ventilation holes for the paper liner and corrugated paper core on the other side, sufficient rigidity is provided to the ceiling interior material, and
It can effectively reduce indoor noise.

[Example] Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are plan views showing an example of the curved paper corrugated board according to the present invention. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view taken along line A--A in FIG. 1.
In the figure, 1 is the curved paper cardboard of the present invention, 2
and 3 indicate a pair of paper liners, and 4 indicates a paper corrugated core. The pair of paper liner and paper corrugated core are bonded together via a heat-melting synthetic resin film 5 provided on their opposing surfaces. The heat-melting synthetic resin film 5 is advantageous for smooth molding when a double-sided corrugated board is molded into a curved surface using a hot press or the like, since the resin film is once melted and then bonded after molding and cooling. However, the effects of the present invention can be sufficiently exerted even when other thermosetting synthetic resins or starch-based adhesives are used as the adhesive. Reference numeral 6 denotes a single-sided corrugated board portion formed by partially cutting out appropriate parts of one paper liner 3 of the above-mentioned double-sided corrugated board, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, for example, to expose the corrugated core;
Reference numeral 7 denotes a large number of ventilation holes provided at appropriate intervals in the other paper liner 2 and the paper corrugated core 4. in this way,
According to the present invention, a notch 6 and a ventilation hole 7 are provided in a part of a double-sided corrugated board to create a structure with extremely good sound absorption properties. Note that when opening the ventilation holes 7 during the manufacturing process of single-sided corrugated board, it is easy to process them by penetrating them as shown in the figure, but they will function satisfactorily even if they are opened separately.

One embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and in manufacturing it, for example, one paper liner 3 and one paper corrugated core 4 are bonded to a synthetic resin film 5.
Another paper liner 2 laminated with a synthetic resin film is placed above the center core of the single-sided corrugated cardboard bonded with the adhesive. Form paper-based cardboard. In addition, once a flat double-sided corrugated board is formed, this corrugated board may be pressed in a heated state to form a curved surface, and one paper liner may be formed in the process before or after the heat-pressing process. The product of the present invention may be formed by partially cutting out.

When the curved paper-based corrugated board of the present invention is used as an interior member for the body of an automobile or the like, a breathable skin material 8 is pasted above the front liner (lower liner 3 in FIG. 3). In other words, as a skin material, for example, polyester resin sheet, vinyl leather,
It is attached to the surface of the liner via a thermofusible synthetic resin film 10 using a nonwoven fabric or the like. Ventilation holes 9 are formed in the resin film 10 as necessary.

Note that, as shown in FIG. 4, since the skin material 8 is separated from the liner 3 in the single-sided corrugated board portion 6, it may be lined with a suitable backing material to provide appropriate rigidity.

Next, the effects of the present invention will be explained based on examples. As shown in FIG. 4, when used as a ceiling interior material for an automobile body 11, acoustic energy from a sound source in the automobile interior partially passes through the breathable skin material 8 and is reflected by the liner 3; The rest passes through the notch 6 and is absorbed into the air layer 12 formed by the corrugated core 4. This air layer 12
Since the waveform core 4 is exposed, the sound attenuation efficiency is extremely high. That is, since the acoustic energy that has entered the air layer 12 is reflected and scattered by the uneven core, the rate of sound attenuation is very good.

In addition, in the present invention, since the corrugated core 4 and the other liner 2 are provided with ventilation holes 7, the acoustic energy propagated to the back side through the ventilation holes 7 is absorbed into the vehicle as shown in FIG. It is absorbed into the air layer 13 formed between the ceiling plate 11 of the body and the liner 2. That is, the acoustic energy that reaches the air layer 13 through the ventilation hole 7 is repeatedly reflected and scattered between the ceiling plate 11 formed of a steel plate or the like and the liner 2, and most of the intruding energy is absorbed. Absorb. Therefore, the sound absorption effect of this air layer 13 is extremely large.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, since the main body of the present invention is made of double-sided corrugated cardboard, it is possible to maintain the rigidity and strength essential for ceiling interior materials of vehicles, etc. A part of one liner of the corrugated board is cut out to form a single-sided corrugated board part, and ventilation holes are provided for the other liner and the corrugated core, so it has high sound absorption properties for indoor noise, and provides sound insulation, heat insulation, and
An interior material having a buffering effect can be provided easily and at low cost.
