Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、プリント基板の反転装置に関するも
のであり、特に反転前後において、角度と高さが
異なつているような作業状態に対して確実にプリ
ント基板を反転して移送することが出来るように

一般にプリント基板上に抵抗、コンデンサ等の
チツプ部品を固定する場合、まず、チツプ部品を
接着剤を介してプリント基板上に装着し、これを
乾燥炉にて接着剤を硬化させてチツプ部品を仮固
定する。そしてそのあとプリント基板を半転さ
せ、これを半田槽に移送し、半田噴流をチツプ仮
固定面に接触させて半田付を行い、チツプ部品の
本固定を完了する。そのあと再びプリント基板を
反転してストツカに貯蔵される。このような工程
において、従来、上記プリント基板の反転は手作
業で行われるか、あるいは反転装置により行われ
る場合でも、単に反転前後の状態が同一の高さ
で、プリント基板を180°回転すればよいような構

て上記半田噴流をプリント基板下面に接触させる
とき、半田付不良をもつとも少なくする最適の搬
送角度があり、このために前記爪コンベア3は一
定の傾きをもつている。そして全体の装置との高
さのバランスをとり、必要以上に装置の高さを高
くしないため、爪コンベア3のプリント基板搬入
位置は、前記コンベアAの位置よりかなり低い位

8は上記昇降ブロツクを上下動自在に支持する昇
降ガイドで、上記昇降ブロツク6に設けた孔6a
に嵌入している。9は上記昇降ブロツク6を上下
動するための駆動力を与えるシリンダで、9aは

らせる場合にも、何ら心配することなく、本発明
反転装置で吸収することが出来、その工業的価値

転終点を制御する制御手段と、上記昇降ブロツク
を昇降自在に支持する昇降ガイドと、上記昇降ブ
ロツクを上下方向に駆動する駆動手段と、この駆
動手段を制御して、昇降ブロツクの昇降時期なら
びに位置を制御する昇降制御手段とを有し、プリ
ント基板の搬入位置ならびに搬入角度と、反転後
のプリント基板の搬出位置ならびに搬出角度を可
