A device that disintegrates waste paper by rotation of a rotor is already known, and a model that uses this type to prevent hard-to-disintegrate substances mixed with waste paper from becoming entangled and clumping together in the center of the tank has also been proposed. There is.

つた。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When bale-shaped waste paper is put into the tank during continuous disintegration treatment, the concentration of liquid in the tank is about 4% of the disintegrated material. Because of the air contained in the waste paper, the input material sinks immediately and is sucked out, causing a long period of time in which it floats unnecessarily without being disintegrated, resulting in poor work efficiency. Even if the temperature is increased, cavitation will occur and the engine will idle, resulting in wasted operating power. Furthermore, in the past, the flow in the tank circulated in a fixed direction at the same speed, which caused hard-to-disintegrate substances to become entangled with each other in the center of the tank, creating a solid mass, which gave support to the disintegration process. In order to eliminate this problem, two rotors are used to prevent the formation of solids in the tank, but the equipment is complicated and expensive, and operation management is troublesome.

In the illustrated example, the inclined wall 3 is formed into a curved plate shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and its lower edge is continuous so as to match the upper edge of the lower circular funnel-shaped portion 1a. The slanted wall 3 may be formed into a refracted linear cross section as shown in FIG. The inside of the cylindrical part 1b is formed into a deformed circle as an inclined wall along a chord cut from a part of the cylindrical part 1b.

した。(Function) In the above configuration, when the rotor 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 2, two types of three-dimensional liquid flows are generated in the tank 1. That is, in the vertical direction in the tank 1, as shown in FIG.
, a rapid and strong liquid flow B is generated which is forced inward by the inclined surface of the inclined wall 3, and the same liquid flow B is generated by the rotation of the rotor 2 as shown in FIG. A liquid flow C is generated, which is directed towards the rotation center point a, and a rapid and strong liquid flow D is generated along the inclined wall 3 after colliding with it and directed towards a point b which is deviated from the center of the tank due to the flow force applied thereto. Due to the synergy of the liquid flows, double flows with different concentration points and different forces are formed in the tank 1.

Because of the two vortex centers a and b, a wide range of valleys are formed, and one liquid flow D is strong, so the bale-shaped waste paper fed into the tank is easily sucked in. The material that was put into the tank was suspended for nearly 2 minutes, but in the case of the present invention, it was sucked into the liquid in about 10 seconds, and the disintegration efficiency was improved by approximately 30% compared to the conventional method, making continuous work easier. was able to increase efficiency.

ある効果を有する。(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, a part of the peripheral wall of the upper cylindrical part of the disintegration tank is inclined inward, and the inside of the cylindrical part is formed into a deformed circle with a chord formed by cutting a part of the circle with the inclined wall. As a result, double flows with three-dimensionally different spiral centers and different forces are generated in the tank, and a single liquid flow concentrates the circular flow in the center of the tank and forms a solid mass in that area. The conventional defects caused by the double flow have been solved, and the two vortices in the center of the tank disappear due to mutual interference due to the synergistic effect of the double flow, so it is possible to avoid the formation of solidified lumps of difficult-to-disintegrate materials in the center of the tank. The bale-shaped waste paper that is continuously thrown into the tank is quickly and accurately sucked into the liquid by the wide trough of the confluence of the double flows on the liquid surface and the strong liquid flow force on one side, and the disintegration work is carried out. This has the effect of increasing efficiency and economical operating power since these double flows can be generated by one rotor by making the inner diameter of the cylindrical part of the upper half of the tank into a deformed circle.
