の引掛ピン18が比較的短かく形成されている。
そのために繊維製巻尺3用のタイコ4では引掛ピ
ン9を突設した基台8の肉厚が比較的小さく、鋼
製巻尺15用のタイコ14では引掛ピン18を突
設した基台17の肉厚が比較的大きくなつてい
る。ところで、従来、巻尺は製造されたのち手作
業で巻取られてストツクされ、ケース本体に巻取
芯が装着された後に一旦巻取られた巻尺がほどか
れながら再び巻取芯のタイコに巻き取られていた
ので、組立工程に極めて無駄があつた。

まケース本体に組み付けられるようになして合理
化を図ることを目的とするものである。

を逃がすために引掛ピンを除く個所に差込ピンが
挿入可能(勿論巻取機用ジグ回転板に突設した取
付ピンも挿入可能)な前記の穴部を設けることが
好ましい。

た状態のタイコ4をそのまま組付可能である。こ
の巻取機用ジグ回転板10には取付ピン11が突
設され、一方タイコ4にはその引掛ピン9の中心
に上記取付ピン11が挿入可能な穴部12が内面
側に開口するように設けられて引掛ピン9は筒状
にされている。従つて巻取機による巻尺の自動巻
取時には引掛ピン9の穴部12に取付ピン11が
挿入されて補強されるので、タイコ4の基台8の
肉厚が小さくても引掛ピン9が折損する虞がな
い。タイコ4と一体的に嵌着するハンドル連結板
6の内面側には第4図に示すように上記のタイコ
4の引掛ピン9に設けた穴部12に挿入可能な差
込ピン13が突設されている。従つてタイコ4と
ハンドル連結板6が一体的に嵌着されてケース本
体2,2′に組付けられて使用される状態でも第
5図に示すように引掛ピン9の穴部12に差込ピ
ン13が挿入されて引掛ピン9が補強されること
になる。

の内部には巻尺巻取時に巻取機用ジグ回転板の取
付ピンが又使用時にはハンドル連結板の差込ピン
がそれぞれ挿入されて補強されるので引掛ピンの
折損が防止される作用効果があり、さらに請求項
3記載の如く構成することによつて繊維製巻尺用
のタイコに嵌着するハンドル連結板が鋼製巻尺用
のタイコにも使用可能となつて部品の共通化が図
れるのでコスト低減がもたらされる等の効果があ
る。
