The present invention was devised to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a measuring device that can measure the thickness of the glass lining layer coated on the inner surface of the can using a small opening in the can. The gist of this is that a thickness sensor is attached to the tip of the distal end of a support rod, one half of which is centered around the bent part and the other half is the distal end, and the flange has an insertion hole. The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the thickness of an inner coating layer of a can body, in which a base rod part is inserted into the insertion hole of the can body, and the flange body can be fixed at any position in the longitudinal direction of the base rod part.

In order to measure the thickness of the coating layer on the inner surface of a can body using the thickness measuring device for the inner coating layer of a can body constructed in this way, first, the end portion of the support rod 1 to which the thickness sensor 2 is attached is measured. 11 is inserted into the hot water supply port 46 of the can body 4, and when the bent part 13 is inserted, the base rod part 12 is set vertically, and while further inserted, the thickness sensor 2 is inserted into the flange body 3 in advance into the inside of the can body 4. The base rod portion 12 is fixed at the desired depth using the set bolt 35 screwed into the female screw 34 provided on the boss portion 32, and then the flange body 3 is attached to the upper end surface of the hot water supply port 46. When brought into contact, the base part 1 of the support rod 1
2 is suspended approximately at the center of the body 41 of the can body 4, and the detection surface of the thickness sensor 2 attached to the end stem 11 is on the glass lining layer 44 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the can body 4. They come into contact from the vertical direction.

As mentioned above, the device for measuring the thickness of the inner surface coating layer of the can body according to the present invention has one half centered on the bent portion, one half on the end rod portion,
A thickness sensor is attached to the tip of the distal end of the support rod, the other half of which is the base rod, and the base rod is inserted into the insertion hole of the flange body having an insertion hole, and the longitudinal direction of the base rod is Since the flange body can be fixed in any position in any direction, measurements can be easily made from the outside of the can body without the need to crawl inside the can body and take measurements in an unreasonable position. Even if the can body has a rough shape, it can be measured without destroying the can body, so durability data can be collected without unnecessary expense, which can also contribute to quality control. It is.
