Decorative sheet 1 provided on the surface side of the decorative material
Is a laminate of the surface sheet 2 and the thickness forming sheet 3. Of these, the surface sheet 2 is obtained by impregnating a target material such as a patterned paper, a colored paper, a plain paper, a veneer, and a non-woven fabric, which is appropriately patterned, with a liquid melamine resin or the like. The dried one is used. Generally, a suitable thickness for the surface sheet 2 is about 60 to 120 g / m 2 in terms of paper. The amount of melamine resin impregnated is preferably about 53 to 60% of the weight of the material to be impregnated. In order to calculate such a resin impregnation amount, the formula [total weight after resin impregnation (as the surface sheet 2) -dry weight of material to be impregnated] / dry weight of material to be impregnated x 100 may be used. On the other hand, the thickening sheet 3 is impregnated with a liquid phenol resin on a plurality of sheets, for example, about 1 to 5 sheets of kraft paper, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc., laminated to obtain a desired thickness. And dried. The thickness of the thickening sheet 3 after lamination is about 100 to 200 g / m 2 in the same manner as above, and the resin impregnation amount of the phenol resin is 30 to 50%.
Within the range (preferably 35 to 45% is preferable).

The melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 provided between both the decorative sheet 1 and the substrate material 5 impregnates a material to be impregnated such as kraft paper, woven cloth, and non-woven cloth with liquid melamine resin. And dried. The reason why the melamine resin is selected here is that the melamine resin has a property of causing a rapid curing reaction even at a relatively low temperature. That is, the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 is heated in a state where the front surface side is covered with the decorative sheet 1 and the rear surface side is covered with the substrate material 5 at the time of pressing described later, and the heat transfer environment is It is a very bad position. After all, with the melamine resin, the decorative sheet 1 and the substrate material 5 can be quickly and firmly and firmly adhered to each other even in such a heat-transferring adverse environment. The preferable thickness of the material to be impregnated in the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 is 40 to 1
Was 200 g / m 2 approximately, the resin impregnated amount is about 50 to 55% are preferred.

When the decorative sheet 1 (the surface sheet 2 and the thickening sheet 3), the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4, and the substrate material 5 are prepared, these three parts are superposed on each other and pressed by a pressing device (not shown). ) And pressurize and heat under predetermined conditions in this press machine. In the pressurizing and heating process by the pressing device, the melamine resin contained in the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 starts a curing reaction, and the decorative sheet 1
The substrate material 5 and the substrate material 5 are bonded together as an intermediary. If the general numerical values are given as the above-mentioned pressing conditions, the decorative sheet 1 (particularly the thickening sheet 3) and the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 will be described.
Depending on the thickness of the substrate and the material of the substrate material 5, the pressing temperature is 17
Around 0 ~ 190 ℃, press pressure 15 ~ 35kgf / cm
2 , the pressing time is about 45 to 120 seconds. When a thin plate material is used as the substrate material 5, the entire decorative material may warp after pressing. In order to prevent such warpage, it is advisable to stack the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 and the thickness forming sheet 3 on the back surface side of the substrate material 5 as well as on the front surface side.

By the way, the thickening sheet 3 of the decorative sheet 1 contains the phenol resin or the like as described above. This phenol resin also exhibits a certain degree of adhesive action in the process of being heated and cured. Therefore, even if the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 is not provided, an illusion is produced that an adhesive action equivalent to the case where the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 is provided can be obtained by the phenol resin.
However, generally speaking, the amount of the phenolic resin contained in the thickness-building sheet 3 is not enough to firmly bond the decorative sheet 1 and the substrate material 5 to each other without causing interfacial peeling. It was Therefore, it is conceivable to increase the amount of the phenol resin impregnated in the thickening sheet 3 to strengthen the adhesive action, but if such a measure is taken, the surface of the decorative sheet 1 will have uneven gloss and avatars (crater-like) Unevenness) may occur. In addition, there is a drawback that the pressing temperature must be high in order to cause the adhesive action and the pressing time is long. As well,
Decorative sheet 1 by pressing at such high temperature for a long time
In some cases, cracks were generated on the surface of.

On the other hand, in order to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is conceivable to replace all the phenol resin used in the thickening sheet 3 with a melamine resin, but in such a measure, the following new measures are taken. There are drawbacks. That is, the amount of melamine resin used is considerably large depending on the required thickness of the thickness-building sheet 3. For this reason, not only the pressing time becomes extremely long, but also the manufacturing cost is required to be more than twice as much as the case where the phenol resin is used, and as the thickness of the thickening sheet 3 increases, after-curing (several days A large amount of internal stress remains due to (natural curing for a long time), and cracks easily occur. Not only that, after such a large amount of melamine resin is completely cured, the hardness becomes too high when viewed from the use as a cosmetic material, and it has the drawback of damaging the blade during its processing. It was connected.

After all, according to the present invention, the adhesive action which appears in the process of curing the melamine resin is utilized for the adhesion between the decorative sheet 1 and the substrate material 5. The amount of the melamine resin used It is very important that the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 is provided in order to prevent an excessive amount of water.

[Production Example 1] As the surface sheet 2 of the decorative sheet 1, 8
One sheet of printing paper having a thickness of 0 g / m 2 was impregnated with a liquid melamine resin and dried to prepare a sheet having a resin impregnation amount of 55%. As the thickening sheet 3 of the decorative sheet 1, 4 layers of kraft paper are impregnated with liquid phenol resin so as to obtain a thickness of 160 g / m 2 , and the resin impregnation amount is 42%. I prepared a sheet. As the melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4, on one piece of kraft paper having a thickness of 70 g / m 2 ,
By impregnating liquid melamine resin and drying,
A sheet having a resin impregnation amount of 53% was prepared. Board material 5
As a result, a particle board having a thickness of 25 mm was prepared. These surface sheet 2, thickening sheet 3, melamine resin-impregnated sheet 4 and substrate material 5 are loaded into a press machine,
Pressing was performed under the conditions of a pressing temperature of 175 ° C., a pressing pressure of 30 kgf / cm 2 , and a pressing time of 110 seconds. In the obtained decorative material, the thickness excluding the substrate material 5 was about 1.0 mm. The surface of the decorative sheet 1 was in a beautiful state with no cracks at all. The adhesive strength between the decorative sheet 1 and the substrate material 5 can be sufficiently satisfied, and the hardness is also appropriate, and there is no inconvenience that the cutting edge is bad or the cutting edge is damaged when cutting. Nothing happened.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure.
The following effects are achieved. When the decorative sheet and the substrate material are adhered, a simple means of pressurizing and heating by interposing a melamine resin-impregnated sheet between them is used, and thus the conventional adhesive such as vinyl acetate or rubber is used. Since it is unnecessary, the curing time required for the adhesion can be remarkably shortened, and therefore, a drying field or the like is almost unnecessary. Further, the decorative sheet and the substrate material are permanently kept in close contact with each other, and interfacial peeling does not occur.
