[Prior Art] Conventionally, there are various supporting structures for a plate material in which a plate material is supported on the front surface of a metal strut, and the plate material is attached to the strut to stand upright. In addition, the board material, the surface of the unfinished board,
There is a panel whose surface is treated with a finishing agent or the like. Conventionally, as a board supporting structure that has been generally used, a method in which the back surface of the board is brought into contact with the front surface of the support and the board is screwed to the support, an adhesive is applied to the front surface of the support, and the adhesive is applied via the adhesive. There is a method to attach the board to the pillar.

However, although the method of joining the board to the column by means of screws is high in the joining strength with respect to the column, there is a problem that the joining work takes time. Further, the method of attaching the board to the support via an adhesive reduces the time required for the construction work, but the bonding strength to the support is lower than that of the screw fastening, and the board may fall off the support. .

Therefore, conventionally, a panel support structure shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 has been proposed. FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a conventional panel support structure, and FIG. 7 is a view taken along the line VII-VII in FIG.

The support structure of this panel is on the front surface of the metal strut 10,
The back surfaces of the end portions of the adjacent display panels 11 are brought into contact with each other, and the end portions of the respective panel 11 are supported by the columns 10 by the T-shaped clips 12. According to this panel support structure, it is possible to maintain the joint strength of the panel 11 to the support column 10 and to simplify the support work of the panel 10.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the panel support structure shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, although the joint strength of the panel 11 to the support column 10 can be maintained, as shown in FIG. A plurality of clips 12 are exposed in the vertical direction between the adjacent panels 11,
There are problems that the aesthetic appearance on the front side of the panel 11 is deteriorated and that the finish cannot be freely changed after assembly. Moreover, since the clip 12 is generally formed of a material that is elastically deformed, there is a case where the adjacent panels 11 are displaced from each other by being compressed between the clip 12 panels 11 (vertical shift).

Heretofore, a wall plate mounting device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-105006 has been proposed. This device supports the end portion of the wall plate by a steady rest mounted on a column. Further, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 51-97316, a board in which a foamed polyethylene sheet is disposed on the front side of a support, a front side board of the sheet is disposed, and the board is screwed to the support and the polyethylene sheet. A mounting structure of is also proposed. However, these structures still have aesthetic problems and poor workability because the screws and the steady rests are still exposed on the front side of the board.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention attaches a plate support made of synthetic resin to the front side of a metal strut, and abuts the plate support on the plate support. In a plate material support structure in which the plate material is erected on the front side of the support by tucking the plate material against the plate material support and engaging and holding the tip of the tucker needle with the plate material support made of synthetic resin, The plate material support is a soft synthetic resin material that penetrates the tucker needle on the front side with which the plate material is abutted and engages and holds the tucker needle, and prevents the penetration of the tucker needle on the rear surface side. It is a hard synthetic resin material that bends the tip of the tucker needle that is driven in from, and is composed of two layers, front and rear.

[Operation] According to the present invention, a plate member that engages and holds a tucker needle is attached to a column, and the plate member support penetrates the tucker needle on the front side with which the plate member abuts and engages the tucker needle. A soft synthetic resin material that holds and joins the back surface side to prevent penetration of the tucker needle, and a hard synthetic resin material that bends the tip of the tucker needle driven from the front surface side of the plate material. Therefore, when the plate material is tucked against the plate material supporter, the tip of the tucker needle is bent and firmly engaged and held with the soft synthetic resin material portion. Therefore, only the head of the tucker needle, which is difficult to stand out, is exposed on the front surface side of the plate material, and the plate material can be firmly supported by the column while maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the front surface side of the plate material. Further, the tucker striking can be easily performed using a tool such as an air tucker. As a result,
It becomes possible to firmly support the plate member on the column in a short time by a simple operation.

According to the above-described embodiment, the end board supports 28A and 28B are attached to the front side of the column 21, and the horizontal board support 25 is attached to the front side of the furring strip 23 supported by the column 21,
The board 20 is brought into contact with and supported by each of the supports 25, 28A, 28B, and the board 20 is tucked toward each of the supports 25, 28A, 28B, so that the board 20 interposes the staples 31 on each panel support. It will be firmly supported by 25, 28A and 28B. That is, the tip end of the staple 31 driven from the front surface side of the board 20 penetrates through the board 20 and reaches the portion of the soft synthetic resin material 30A of each of the supports 25, 28A, 28B. The tip of 1 is bent at the hard synthetic resin material 30B,
It will be engaged and held by the soft synthetic resin material 30A.
As a result, even when a force in the pull-out direction acts on the staple 31, the staple 31 is not easily pulled out from each of the supports 25, 28A, 28B.

As described above, according to the board supporting structure, the head of the staple 31 that is simply driven in is not exposed on the surface of the board, unlike the conventional screw head, which is screwed.
It only needs to be exposed on the surface of 0, and finishes such as painting and wallpapering are easy. Further, the driving of the staple 31 can be easily performed by using a tool such as an air tacker,
The time required for construction will be greatly reduced. As a result, the board 20 can be firmly supported by the support column 21 by a simple operation.
