形が動いて見えるように、規則性をもって並べて設けた
ことを特徴とする長尺構築物。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、鉄道や自動車道に沿っ
て設けられた、近景となる路面、壁面等の長尺の構築物
に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、面体の装飾は、一般的に静止した
視点からの感覚で作製されている。実用的に自動車の運
転者を対象とする標識は、移動する視点を配慮した形
状、模様になっているが、これは標識としての機能を発
揮させるためのものであり、景観のためのものでない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】車窓からの遠景は一般
に人の目を楽しませる効果を持つが、近景は視界に入る
時間が短いために観賞の対象とはなり難い。そこで、本
発明は、移動する人から見て楽しめる装飾性を備えた近
景としての長尺構築物を提供することを課題とするもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の長尺構築物は、
鉄道や自動車道に沿って相当の長さに渡って設けられる
構築物において、その表面に模様、図形を、上記車両に
乗った人が上記模様、図形が動いて見えるように、規則
性をもって並べて設けたことを特徴とするものである。

【作用】長尺構築物の表面に、模様、図形を規則性をも
って並べ、所定区間を統一のとれた一つの画面として構
成することにより、遠景を見るのと同程度の時間で近景
を見ることができるため、観賞のゆとりができる。ま
た、基本図形の大きさ、位置等を規則性をもって変化さ
せて並べることにより、移動して見ている人に、図形が
動いている感覚を与えることができる。

【実施例】以下本発明の一実施例を鉄道に沿って設けら
れた構築物１０である歩道面に適用した場合について説
明する。
【０００７】図１は、風車のイメージを基本図形とする
ものである。色調・濃淡により各羽根が識別されるよう
になっている。これを適当な角度（この例では６０°）
ずつ回転させ断続して並べて配置してある。こうして、
移動している人からは風車が回っているように見える。
【０００８】図２は、波のイメージを基本図形とするも
のである。これを上下に移動させ色調を系統的に変えて
連続して設けてある（レインボー・カラー）。これによ
り、車窓からは波が動いているように見える。なお、動
物の体・足の動きを順次変えて断続的に配置することに
より、動物が走っているように見えるようにすることも
できる。次に、他の例を図３により説明する。
【０００９】これは、構築物１０に、図１の場合と同様
に、断続して図形が配置され、且つ構造部１０と視点３
との距離が大きくなった場合に適用されるものである。
この場合、視点３から図形１ａ、１ｂが同時に視界に入
るようになる。
【００１０】そこで、視点３と構造物１０との間に、遮
蔽板２を設置する。これにより、図上の視点３からは、
図形１ａは見えるが、図形１ｂは見えなくなり、車両が
進行すると図形１ｂは見えるが、図形１ｃは見えなくな
り、図形の重ね合せ効果が増し、図形の動いている感じ
がより強くなる。
【００１１】尚、上記実施例は、鉄道に沿って設けられ
た構築物１０である歩道面に適用した場合について説明
したが、例えば自動車道に沿って設けられた構築物であ
る防音壁等にも適用することができる。

【発明の効果】本発明の長尺構築物は上記のようなもの
で、鉄道や自動車道に沿って設けられた、路面、壁面等
の長尺構築物に近景としての美感を付与することができ
る。

  1. 【請求項１】 鉄道や自動車道に沿って相当の長さに渡
    って設けられる構築物において、その表面に模様、図形
    を、上記車両に乗った人が上記模様、図形が動いて見え
    るように、規則性をもって並べて設けたことを特徴とす
    る長尺構築物。
