Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 粘着テープ上に近接かつ直立状態で整列
保持された多数の板状物を整列方向に移動させ、先頭の
板状物が定位置に来た時移動を停止させ、該板状物の両
側辺を一対のチャックで把持し、該把持状態で板状物を
前方に傾斜させ、続いてその傾斜方向に上昇させて前記
板状物を前記粘着テープから剥離し、上記動作を反復す
るようなしたことを特徴とする板状物のハンドリング方
法。
1.
