のである。

り部１を設け、この握り部１の下部の接目部分を固定蓋
３を介してボルト５によって合成樹脂製の固定具７に固
定し、この固定具７を固定蓋９を介して前述のボルト５
によって支持パイプ１３に固定していた。すなわち、ボ
ルト５は固定蓋３、固定具７を貫通し、固定蓋９に埋設
されたナット１４に螺合している。

きず、このため中空の握り部を固定部と一体に射出成形
することができなかった。

樹脂等の材料を金型に射出成形するが、成形後金型から
取り出してのち、中子を握り部端面の開口部から抜き出
すものである。この中子は直線状あるいは円弧状に形成
されているので開口部から抜き出すことが可能となるも
のである。
詳細に説明する。図１，図２において刈払機２５はつぎ
のように設けられている。すなわち、刈刃２７を回転自
在に支持する軸受体２９とエンジン３１とを連結する支
持パイプ３３にはグリップ３５が嵌合し、グリップ３５
の前方には環状ハンドル３７が固定している。環状ハン
ドル３７はつぎのように形成されている。すなわち、内
部に中空部３９を備えた半環状の握り部４１と、中央部
に支持パイプ３３に係合する凹面部４５を備えた固定部
４７を設け、両端で握り部４１の両端をそれぞれ支持す
る支持部４９とを合成樹脂で一体に成形されている。固
定部４７は固定蓋５１，ボルト５３によって支持パイプ
３３に固定されている。すなわち、ボルト５３は固定部
４７を貫通して、固定蓋５１に埋設されたナット５４に
螺合している。中空部３９は一端を握り部４１の端面の
開口部５５に開口し、直線状に形成されている。

払うものでるある。環状ハンドル３７は合成樹脂の射出
成形によって形成されるが、握り部４１の中空部３９は
直線状に設けられているので、中空部３９を形成するた
めの中子は開口部５５から抜き出して中空部３９を形成
することができるものである。
４１は折り曲げた三つの直線部５７，５９，６１によっ
て半環状に形成し、両端の直線部５７，６１の中空部３
９，３９は直線部５７，６１の端面の開口部５５，５５
に開口し、中央の直線部５９の中空部６３は直線部５９
の両端の開口部６５，６５に開口している。合成樹脂の
射出成形後、中空部３９，６３，３９の中子はそれぞれ
開口部５５，６５，５５から取り出すことができるもの
である。
４１は円弧状に形成され、中空部３９の両端は握り部４
１の両端面の開口部５５に開口し、射出成形後の中子は
一方の開口部５５から円弧に沿って引き出すものであ
る。
おける符号と同一の符号は、同一の構成部分を表すもの
である。
成形時に握り部の中子の抜き出しが可能となるので、中
空の握り部を固定部と一体に射出成形によって成形する
ことができ、環状ハンドルの重量を軽減するとともに製
作費を低減することができるものである。

- 【請求項１】 内部に中空部３９を備えた半環状の握り
部４１と、支持パイプ３３に固定する固定部４７を中央
に備え、前記握り部４１の両端を支持する支持部４９と
を一体に形成した環状ハンドルにおいて、前記中空部３
９を、前記握り部４１の端面に開口して直線状または円
弧状に形成したことを特徴とする刈払機のハンドル。
