2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, an ocarina has a form in which a whistle protrudes from a resonance body. The inside of the resonance body is hollow, and a plurality of finger holes are formed around it. Also,
An airway is formed in the whistle, which penetrates from the tip of the mouth to the resonance body and guides the exhaled breath to the mouth. The most popular ocarina material is pottery, and the pottery ocarina was conventionally manufactured as follows. That is, a plate-shaped clay is pressed against a plaster mold, and the resonance body and the whistle integrated therewith are divided into an upper half body and a lower half body, and are separately manufactured. Clay is embedded in the flutes of the upper and lower halves. Then, after joining the upper half body and the lower half body to integrate them, the airway is dug from the tip of the flute to the mouth, and finally fired.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Ceramic manufacturing technology includes
In addition to the above, there is so-called "pressure casting". This pressure casting is, as shown in FIG. 6, pouring sludge into the gap S between the male mold 6 and the female mold 7 made of gypsum, and allowing the gypsum of the male mold 6 and the female mold 7 to absorb the water content of the sludge. This is a method of moderately hardening and has higher mass productivity than the method of pressing the clay plate against the mold. However, the pressure casting has a defect that cracks occur during drying if the thickness of the object is uneven. Therefore, even if you try to mass-produce ceramic ocarina by pressure casting, with the conventional structure that fills the upper and lower flutes with clay as described above, the wall thickness of the flute and the resonance body It was thought to be impossible in the long run because there was too much difference between the two and cracks occurred during drying.
Further, in the conventional ceramic ocarina, as described above, the upper half and the lower half were joined and integrated, and then the airway was opened from the tip of the flute toward the mouth. Is extremely difficult, and requires a considerable amount of skill because no sound is produced even if there is a slight deviation, and the defect rate is high even for skilled workers, and from this point also mass production was difficult. Due to the low productivity of the manufacturing method itself and the difficulty of creating an airway, the pottery ocarina has a high cost and has a problem that it cannot handle when the demand is concentrated in a short period of time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a resonance barrel having a hollow interior and a whistle projecting from the resonance barrel. It provides a ceramic ocarina that meets the requirements of. Resonance body and flute should be divided into upper half and lower half. In the upper half and the lower half, the resonance body and the flute are formed with a substantially uniform thickness. An airway groove connecting the tip of the flute and the song mouth is formed in the lower half of the flute. The lower half body is provided with an inner plug member that fits inside the whistle mouth and closes the upper surface of the airway groove to form a through-hole-shaped airway.

In the upper half body and the lower half body, since the resonance body and the whistle have a substantially uniform wall thickness, even if they are formed by pressure casting, they do not crack when dried. In addition, an airway groove is formed in the lower half body, and by simply covering the upper surface of the airway groove with an inside plug member, even a beginner can easily create an airway that only a skilled worker could previously make, and it also fails. Absent.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the ceramic ocarina, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the ceramic ocarina, FIG. 3 is an exploded plan view showing a state immediately before joining the upper half body and the lower half body, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the inside plug member viewed from the back, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the ceramic ocarina 1 of the present invention is composed of three members, an upper half 1a, a lower half 1b, and an inner plug member 1c. The upper half body 1a and the lower half body 1b each have a resonance body 2 and a whistle 3, and the upper half body 1a has a plurality of finger holes 4a, 4a ... And the lower half body 1b has a plurality of finger holes 4a. Two finger holes 4b, 4b and a mouthpiece 5 for producing a sound are formed. Upper half 1a and lower half 1b
Is molded by pressure casting in which sludge is poured into the gap S between the male and female molds 6 and 7 of plaster as shown in FIG. 6, and each has a substantially uniform wall thickness. Therefore, the whistle 3 is also recessed. The term “thickness almost uniform” means that cracking does not occur in the drying step when molding by pressure casting.

Thus, the lower half 1b is formed with an airway groove 8 in the shape of a square groove, which connects the tip of the whistle 3 and the song mouth 5. As described above, the whistle 3 of the lower half body 1b is recessed in a concave shape, and the inner plug member 1c fits in the recess. This inner plug member 1
Since c closely adheres to the inside of the whistle 3 and closes the upper surface of the airway groove 8, the airway groove 8 becomes a through-hole-shaped airway K, and as shown in FIG. Are tied together. The upper half 1a and the lower half 1b configured as described above are joined and fired as usual. The upper half body 1a and the lower half body 1b, and the lower half body 1b and the inner plug member 1c are bonded to each other by using sludge as in the case of ordinary pottery.

The ceramic ocarina 1 of the present invention comprises the upper half 1a.
Since the lower half body 1b is formed to have a substantially uniform wall thickness, and the inner plug member 1c is joined to the whistle 3 of the lower half body 1b,
The porcelain ocarina 1 can be manufactured by a pressure casting technique which has been impossible in the past. Therefore, mass production is easier than in the past. Further, the airway groove 8 is formed in the lower half body 1b, and the upper surface of the airway groove 8 is covered with the inner plug member 1c so that the airway K
By adopting the construction that makes, it is possible for beginners to easily create an airway that could only be made by skilled workers in the past, and there is no failure as in the past. Therefore, the occurrence rate of defective products is drastically reduced, and in combination with the mass production by the pressure casting, there is an excellent effect that a ceramic ocarina of stable quality can be provided at a low price.
