(Prior Art) In refrigerated warehouses and the like, it is necessary to carry out moisture-proof work in order to prevent ingress of moisture from the outside. Conventionally, in this construction, asphalt roofing is laid on the base using hot asphalt, or as another method, a sheet in which an asphalt adhesive layer is laminated on a base material made of aluminum foil with high moisture permeability resistance does not use hot asphalt. It was laid directly on the ground. (Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in this moisture-proof sheet, the aluminum foil is very thin, 5 to 50 μm, and once it is cracked, tearing easily occurs, and the aluminum foil itself is easily scratched, Further, it has a drawback that it easily causes chemical deterioration to acids and alkaline substances.

The present invention is intended to improve such points, and an object thereof is to provide a moisture-proof sheet which prevents external damage and chemical deterioration of an aluminum foil, and is less likely to tear even if a small crack is formed. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the feature of the present invention is that a protective material made of a resin sheet is laminated on one surface of an aluminum foil, and a reinforcing material made of a split cloth is laminated on the other surface, and the above-mentioned reinforcing material is further laminated. A moisture-proof sheet having an adhesive layer made of a rubber asphalt composition attached thereto.

(Operation) Since the surface of the moisture-proof sheet is covered with the protective material, the aluminum foil itself is not damaged, and the chemical deterioration of the aluminum foil is prevented even in the presence of the alkaline substance or the acid substance. Furthermore, the presence of the reinforcing material makes it difficult for the aluminum foil itself to be deformed, so that tearing does not easily occur. Moreover, since the split cloth is used as a reinforcing material, physical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions (tensile strength, elongation, etc.)
Have almost the same characteristics and become a non-directional moisture-proof sheet to facilitate the laying work, and the adhesive layer penetrates into the opening to firmly bond with the upper layer of the reinforcing material.

On the other hand, the reinforcing material (7) is a split cloth or a woven cloth or the like that is attached to the aluminum foil (5) through the adhesive material (6) to mechanically reinforce the aluminum foil, and its material is polyethylene or polypropylene. . In the case of split cloth, the unit weight is usually 10 to 5
One of 0 g / m 2 is used. This split cloth is a film body having a large aperture ratio obtained by laminating and joining uniaxially stretched films in such a manner that the stretching axes are crossed, and the physical properties (tensile strength, elongation, etc.) in the longitudinal and transverse directions are almost equal. I have
For this reason, this makes a moisture-proof sheet having no directionality to facilitate the laying work, and allows the adhesive layer to penetrate into the opening to firmly bond with the upper layer of the reinforcing material.

Further, as the adhesive material (6) between the reinforcing material (7) and the aluminum foil (5), a resin film having a thickness of 10 to 50 μ of polyethylene or polypropylene which is the same material as the reinforcing material (7) is usually used. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be an ordinary chemical adhesive applied.

(Effect) With the moisture-proof sheet of the present invention, a protective material is applied on the surface of the aluminum foil.
Since the reinforcing material made of split cloth is laminated on the other surface, the aluminum foil is protected from the outside and is in a mechanically reinforced state, so that the aluminum foil is free from external damage and chemical deterioration. It has a superior effect that it does not easily receive tears and breaks easily, and of course it has excellent moisture-proof performance, so it can be widely applied to moisture-proof construction such as refrigerated warehouses, and it is a non-directional moisture-proof sheet. As a result, the laying work can be facilitated, and the adhesive layer can penetrate into the opening of the split cloth to firmly bond with the upper layer of the reinforcing material.
