First, in the flowchart shown in FIG. 7, it is determined whether the mode is the setting mode or the working mode. If it is the setting mode, then it is determined whether the part number is input from the keyboard 26. If the part number is entered,
The part number is registered in the measurement data storage unit 24A and the measurement information storage unit 24B. Then, it is determined whether the process number has been input. If the process number is input, the process number is registered in the measurement data storage unit 24A and the measurement information storage unit 24B. Finally, it is determined whether measurement information such as measurement items, reference values, tolerances, control limits, drawing information, and measurement procedure information has been input. If these are input, the measurement information is stored in the measurement information storage unit 24.
Register with B. In this way, when the measurement information is set for each part number and process number, the measurement information is sequentially registered in the measurement information storage unit 24B for each part number and each process number.

Each terminal 3 21, 3 22 ~3 n1, 3 n2, executes the processing of the flowchart shown in FIG. 9. First, it is determined whether the part number is input from the keyboard 36. If the part number is input, the part number is registered in the measurement data storage unit 34A and the measurement information storage unit 34B. Then, it is determined whether the process number has been input. If the process number is input, the process number is registered in the measurement data storage unit 34A and the measurement information storage unit 34B. Then, it is determined whether the lot number has been entered. If the lot number is input, the lot number is registered in the measurement data storage unit 34A.

Then, it is determined whether to request the measurement information from the host computer 2. When requesting the measurement information to the host computer 2, a measurement information request signal including a part number and a process number is transmitted to the host computer 2 through the controllers 1 1 to 1 n , and then the measurement information request signal is sent. The measurement information transmitted from the host computer 2 is received and stored in the measurement information storage unit 34B. After the reception is completed, the measurement information stored in the measurement information storage unit 34B is sequentially displayed on the display unit 37, and the measurement data measured by the measuring unit 40 according to the display is stored in the measurement data storage unit 34A. After the measurement is completed, these measurement data are transmitted to the host computer 2 through the controllers 1 1 to 1 n . If the measurement is not continued or if it is not a new measurement, the process ends.

On the other hand, when the measurement information is not requested from the host computer 2, it is subsequently determined whether or not the measurement information is set. When setting the measurement information, it is subsequently determined whether or not the measurement information, such as the measurement item, the reference value, the tolerance, the control limit value, the drawing information and the measurement procedure information, is input. If these are input, the measurement information is registered in the measurement information storage unit 34B, and then the measurement is performed in the same manner as described above. After the measurement is completed, the measurement data and the measurement information are transmitted to the host computer 2 through the controllers 1 1 to 1 n .

In addition, when requesting any measurement data stored in the host computer 2, a measurement data request signal including a part number and a process number is sent to the host computer 2.
To the measurement data storage unit 34, the host computer 2 sends the measurement data specified by the part number and the process number.
Let A remember. The measurement data stored in the measurement data storage unit 34A can be output from the display 37 and the printer 38.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the measurement information is stored in the measurement information storage unit 24B of the host computer 2 for each part number, and the measurement information is stored in each of the terminals 3 21 , 3 22 to 3 n1 , 3 n2 . Since the measurement information can be read out, that is, the measurement information does not have to be set in each terminal as in the conventional case, the measurement information setting operation can be efficiently performed.

Further, in the host computer 2, each terminal 3 21 , 3
In a state where communication is not made with 22 to 3 n1 and 3 n2 , it is possible to perform other work, for example, creation of an inspection table and statistical processing, so that work efficiency can be significantly improved. Moreover, in the course of the process, if there is the terminal 3 21, 3 22 ~3 n1, 3 n2 from the measurement information or measurement data request or transmission interrupt the measurement data,
Since the interrupt process is prioritized, each terminal 3 21 , 3
The waiting time of 22 to 3 n1 and 3 n2 can be reduced.
