【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は溶融アルミニウムの濾過装置に使用するチュー
ブフィルターと鏡板で構成される組立体の接合構造に関

ー13の閉塞端14側面部分はモルタル15により盲鏡
板4の凹部17に固着されており、一方該フィルター1
3の溶湯出口19側鏡板6部分は、該フィルター端面と
該鏡板6との間にリング状嵌装材16が装着され、該フ
ィルター13の端部5側面が上記鏡板6の凹部5と接合

チューブフィルター端面との間にリング状および円板状
の緩衝物が装着され、両鏡板とチューブフィルターとの
間隙および盲側鏡板と該チューブフィルターの外側端間
にキヤスタブル耐火物硬化体を充填してなるアルミ溶湯

来一般に使用されているものより板厚を1.2〜1.4倍大き

内装されるチューブフィルターを複数本装着した組立体
1の概略断面図を示すもので、両端開放チューブフィル
ター2は、凸部3を設けた厚さ50mmの盲側鏡板4と、
出口開口6bの周囲に受入凹部6aを設けた厚さ70mm
の溶湯出口側鏡板6間に挿着され、両鏡板4,6とチュ
ーブフィルター2の端面との間にリング状緩衝物7が装
着されるとともに出口側鏡板6とチューブフィルター2
の端部内側面との間および盲側鏡板4とチューブフィル
ター2の端部内側面との間にキヤスタブル耐火物硬化体
8を充填されている。即ち、このようにすることによっ
て溶湯濾過終了後に濾過槽からチューブフィルター組立
体1を取り出すときも鏡板4,6の破壊をなくすること
