(Prior Art) Induction motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) have come to be adopted as main electric motors for vehicles in recent years due to advances in controller technology. In the case of a motor for a vehicle, it is installed at the position closest to the ground inside the bogie, and the usage conditions such as the intake of rainwater and dust and the excessive vibration generated while the vehicle is running are severe. Insulation at the connection between the wire lead-out portion and the wiring cable outside the motor must be highly reliable. Regarding the insulation of the coil, high reliability is achieved by winding an insulating taped coil around a stator iron core and then vacuum impregnating with a resin in a state where the iron core and the coil are combined.

On the other hand, regarding the connecting portion between the lead-out portion of the coil and the external wiring cable, the iron core wound with the coil is usually attached after mounting on the motor frame in the working process, and vacuum impregnation with resin is not performed. Although not available, the amount of insulation wrapped around is increased to improve insulation performance.

Here, FIG. 3 shows a stator lead-out portion of a conventional vehicle motor. A stator coil 2 is wound around a stator core 1 to form a three-phase winding. The frame 3 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the stator core 1 and the external wiring cable 4 is penetrated through a hole drilled in the frame 3 through a rubber bush 5 to be connected to the lead-out 6 of the stator coil 2 and insulated 6a is provided. ing. This connecting part is the stator coil 2
Since it is formed in a narrow gap between the back surface and the inner side surface of the frame 3, it is difficult to make the insulating wrap margin 1 long because of the narrow gap. The fixing of the external wiring cable 3 inside the frame 3 is difficult except for the connection with the lead-out 6.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Since the space of the connection part is small and the insulation lap length cannot be long, the insulation reliability is poor in the high-voltage motor, while the connection work is done in a narrow gap, so skill is required. The required worker is required, and even the worker requires a difficult work. Further, since it is difficult to fix the external wiring cable in the frame, the rigidity against vibration is poor.

(Operation) Since only the lead-out connection portion projects to the outside of the frame, the gap between the connection portions is enlarged, and the wrap margin for insulation can be increased, and at the same time, the connection and insulation work becomes easy.
Further, it becomes possible to easily fix the vicinity of the connecting portion with the cleat.

(Embodiment) FIG. 1 shows a stator lead-out portion according to the present invention. It is the same as the prior art that the stator coil 2 is wound around the stator core 1 to form a three-phase winding, and the frame 7 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the stator core 1. Here, a cutout 7a is provided in the frame 7 near the projecting portion, and a box-shaped seat 8 protruding toward the outer peripheral side is provided in the frame 7 of the cutout 7a portion,
The external wiring cable 4 is passed through a hole formed in the upper surface of the seat 8 through a rubber bush 5, the external wiring cable 4 and the lead-out 6 of the stator coil 2 are connected, and further insulation 6a is provided.

One hole 8a through which the cleat 9 can penetrate is provided on each side of the one-sided seat 8.
Cleats 9 are provided through the holes 8a and are supported by the holes 8a. Holes through which the cleat 9 penetrates both ends of the cleat 9.
8a and 8a are fixed by welding 10 from the outside. The hole 8a through which the cleat 9 penetrates is provided at a position where the cleat 9 is in contact with or close to the external wiring cable 4 and is bound.
By 11, the external wiring cable 4 is firmly bound to the cleat 9.

(Other Embodiment) FIG. 2 shows another embodiment according to the present invention. The cleat 12 is U-shaped, and the hole 8a provided in the seat 8 for attachment is provided on the upper surface of the seat 8. The cleat 12 is attached to the hole 8a from the inside of the frame 7, but the cleat 12 is welded to the outside. It becomes possible to do more.
