Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate all work processes including adhering process so as to remarkably improve work efficiency by integrally molding in layer a non- foamed solid layer whose apparent specific gravity is specified and a sponge layer simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:For mixing components at a sponge side, butadiene resin is made to be 40-80 parts, cross linking agent is made to be 1.0 parts or less based on polymer 100 parts, and apparent specific gravity is made to be within 0.45-0.95. For a solid side, the butadiene resin is 30-60 parts, thermoplastic rubber is 20-40 parts, the cross linking agent is 1.0 parts or less with respect to the polymer 100 parts, and the apparent specific gravity is within 0.85-1.5. A sponge layer 1 and a solid layer 2 are integrally molded in layer simultaneously so as to obtain a rubber sheet material.

Generally, sponges are light as much as they are foamed, but they are slightly inferior in physical properties, and solid (non-foamed) products are excellent in physical properties but heavy. There are drawbacks. For this reason, conventionally, solids with good physical properties are used on the ground contact side, and light sponges are used for the other parts. Therefore, in sports shoes and the like, solids and sponges are pasted together with an adhesive for practical use. However, in this method, the solid and the sponge must be molded separately and then bonded together later, which is a time-consuming method. Therefore, it is possible to mold the sponge-mixed fabric and the solid-mixed fabric together at the same time. It was impossible to commercialize the products that warped.
