In recent years, auto-doffer has become popular for labor saving, and the yarn A (see FIG. 2) fried by the automatic doffer is erected to the peg of the yarn-conveying device C parallel to the ring rail B in an upright state and automatically conveyed to the next process. To be done.

The outer diameter of is precision cut finish such as ▲ 75 mm -0.04 -0.10 ▼. This is because the gauges of the spindles S arranged on the ring rails B of the spinning machine, that is, the gauge intervals of the yarn A are precise and correspond to this.

Humidity control is required, and when the temperature and humidity are changed in the spinning factory according to the raw materials such as synthetic fiber and cotton, the outer diameter of the substrate shrinks or expands, for example, 48 pieces are arranged in a line and pushed by the protruding piece to transfer. In this case, the position of the peg is displaced from the core of the tubular thread A, and there is a problem that the tubular thread is detached from the column and falls when the tubular thread pulled out by the auto doffer is inserted.
Further, in the cutting factory, there is a problem that the working environment is deteriorated due to high temperature and high humidity, depending on the temperature and humidity of the spinning factory.

Even if they are arranged side by side, there is no deviation from the spindle gauge of the ring rails, and there is no mistake in the thread misalignment in the auto doffer, and it is possible to keep the temperature and humidity in the cutting factory comfortable for employees to work during production.

Even so, there is no risk that the outer peripheral surface of the substrate 1 will be pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the gauge ring 5 to deform it.

When stopped in the forward direction, the gauge rings 5 come into contact with each other, so that the respective pegs are in the correct fixed positions regardless of the temperature and humidity in the spinning chamber.

In this embodiment, since the gauge ring is fixed by the upper thin tube portion 9, there is an advantage that the top of the tip of the cylinder is more accurately centered.

They are attached so that they come into contact with each other, and even if a large number of items are arranged as a group, there will be no error in each position, and the outer circumference of the plastic substrate and the inner circumference of the metal gauge ring Since a gap is provided between the two, it is easy to assemble, and even if the plastic substrate expands due to an increase in temperature or humidity, there is no risk of its outer periphery being crimped to the inner surface of the metal gauge ring to deform it. There is no mistake when automatically replacing the yarns at once with the auto doffer, and high temperature and humidity corresponding to the temperature and humidity used in conventional spinning factories during production. Air conditioning control is unnecessary, since it is sufficient to comfortable temperature and humidity employees leads to improved work efficiency. Further, plastic deforms due to moisture absorption after a few months, and there is a large time lag, and it takes a lot of time to control the humidity against deformation during manufacturing, but the present invention does not require such management labor, resulting in cost reduction during manufacturing. In addition, cutting the outer periphery of the substrate of a ready-made peg and fitting a metal gauge ring has the effect of easily reproducing an old peg.
