Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the structure of a mast 1 of a forklift truck of this type is composed of a pair of left and right outer masts 2 which are attached to a vehicle body M and left and right inner masts 6 which are moved up and down by the outer masts 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the outer mast 2 has a substantially U-shaped cross section by a side frame 3 having a predetermined width and front and rear flanges 4, 5, and the inner mast 6 has a cross sectional shape of the outer mast 2. 3, the side frame 7 and the front and rear flanges 8 and 9 which substantially correspond to 3 have a substantially U-shaped cross section,
The outer mast 2 is provided on the rear flange 9 side of the same inner mast 6.
A sliding frame 10 facing the rear flange 5 is integrally formed. On the lower side of the inner mast 6 thus formed, the inner surface 5a of the rear flange 5 of the outer mast 2 and the side frame 3 are formed.
An inner mast roller 11 which is formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner surface of the inner roll and rolls on the sliding convex surface 3a is pivotally attached. Further, a part of the front flange 4 is cut out C at the upper part of the outer mast 2 and the inner mast 6 is formed at the upper part. An outer mast roller 12 which is formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner side surface 10a of the sliding frame 10 and the outer side surface of the side frame 7 and guides the sliding convex surface 7a to roll is pivotally mounted via a roller pin 13. Note that FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 5, and in FIG. 4, the upper side shows the front part and the lower side shows the rear part.

Therefore, the adjustment in the front-back direction of the vehicle body M is performed on the upper side of the outer mast 2 as shown in FIG. Outer peripheral surface of mast roller 12 and inner surface 10a of sliding frame 10
The sliding adjustment is adjusted by the sliding piece member 14 and the shim 18, and the sliding piece member 14 is a substantially flat plate-shaped sliding piece 15 and round bar-shaped at a predetermined interval above and below this one surface. The leg portion 16 is integrally formed, and the sliding piece member 15 is used as the outer mast 2
A substantially U-shaped shim 18 is inserted between the sliding piece 15 and the rear flange 5 by being inserted into a mounting hole 17 formed at a predetermined position on the upper side of the rear flange 5 corresponding to the leg portion 16. It is inserted and adjusted. Further, the adjustment in the left-right direction with respect to the vehicle body M is performed by adjusting the sliding adjustment between the side surface of the outer mast roller 12 and the sliding convex surface 7a of the inner mast 6 between the stepped portion 13a of the roller pin 13 and the inner ring 12a of the outer mast roller 12.
It has been adjusted through. It should be noted that these adjustments are performed when the mast 1 is assembled.
