(57)【要約】 【目的】誰でもがリボン掛けあるいはコサージュ等を容
易に作ることができるような構成の、リボンとして使用
できる布粘着テープを提供すること。 【構成】上記目的は、リボンとして使用される基材の片
面に粘着剤層を設けて、装飾用及び包装用としてリボン
同士あるいは被着体に容易に貼着できるようにしたこと
を特徴とするリボンとして使用できる布粘着テープとす
ることによって達成することができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はリボンとして使用される基材の片面に粘着剤層を設けた布粘着テープ に係り、特に、装飾用及び包装用に用いるリボンとして使用することのできる布 粘着テープに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、装飾用及び包装用として多くのリボンが用いられるようになってきてい るが、何れも非粘着性の滑り易いテープ状のものであり、包装、装飾を兼ねたリ ボン掛けあるいはコサージュなどを作る場合に、細心の注意を払わないと途中で くずれてしまうことがあり、手間がかかり面倒である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
装飾用及び包装用リボンについて、従来技術は、上記したような問題点を有し ていた。
【０００４】 本考案の目的は、上記従来技術の有していた課題を解決して、誰でもがリボン 掛けあるいはコサージュ等を容易に作ることができるような構成の、リボンとし て使用できる布粘着テープを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するため手段】
上記目的は、リボンとして使用される基材の片面に粘着剤層を設けて、装飾用 及び包装用としてリボン同士あるいは被着体に容易に貼着できるようにしたこと を特徴とするリボンとして使用できる布粘着テープとすることによって達成する ことができる。
【０００６】 上記リボンとして使用される基材はアセテート糸をサテン織りまたはタフタ織 りした布であることが望ましく、また、上記粘着剤層としては、アクリル系、シ リコーン系、天然ゴム系または合成ゴム系材料を主材とする粘着剤からなり、用 途に応じて再剥離性または永久接着性とした粘着剤層であることが望ましい。な お、基材の粘着剤層とは反対の側に設ける剥離剤層としては、上記粘着剤に応じ て、シリコーン系または非シリコーン系(例えば、アクリル系など)の剥離剤を用 いることができるが、基材の色及び光沢等に影響を及ぼすことのない材料を選択 する必要がある。

【作用】
まず、基材については、装飾用及び包装用に適した基材として、光沢があり、 かつ、多彩な色に染色が可能な織布を用いる必要があり、この条件に適合する織 布として上記したアセテート糸をサテン織りまたはタフタ織りした布が好適であ る。なお、該織布の片面には、必要に応じて、剥離処理を施すことが望ましい。
【０００８】 また、粘着剤については、リボンを再剥離性とするか永久接着性のものとする かによって、アクリル系、シリコーン系、天然ゴム系または合成ゴム系等の中か ら選択する必要がある。
【０００９】 また、粘着剤の塗工方法については、全面塗工、筋状塗工、点状塗工、テープ の両端部に非塗工部分を設けた塗工(ドライエッジ塗工)あるいは両端部のみに粘 着剤を塗工する塗工等、方法について特に制限するものではない。

【実施例】
以下、本発明のリボンとして使用できる布粘着テープについて実施例によって 具体的に説明する。
【００１１】 図１は本考案布粘着テープの構成を示す断面図で、基材１、粘着剤層２、基材 上に設けた剥離処理層３からなることを示す。なお、本実施例においては、基材 １として厚さ200μm のアセテートサテン織布、粘着剤層２として厚さ10〜20μm のアクリル系粘着剤(全面塗工)を用いた。なお、剥離剤層材料としてはエマル ジョンタイプのシリコーン系剥離剤を用いた。
【００１２】 上記構成の粘着テープを用いて包装作業及びコサージュ作成作業を行った結果 、何れの場合も容易かつ簡単に作業を完成することができ、良好な作業効率を得 ることができた。また、曲面、垂直面の包装、貼付も可能であり、包装した状態 で長期に保存し得、ある程度の衝撃にも耐えることができた。

【考案の効果】
以上述べてきたように、リボンとして使用するテープを本考案構成の布粘着テ ープとすることによって、従来技術の有していた課題を解決して、誰でもがリボ ン掛けあるいはコサージュ等を容易に作ることができるような構成の、リボンと して使用できる布粘着テープを提供することができた。
【００１４】 また、本発明構成のテープとすることによって、デザインを重視した包装形態 を容易に創出することができるようになった。

  1. 【請求項１】リボンとして使用される基材の片面に粘着
    剤層を設けて、装飾用及び包装用としてリボン同士ある
    いは被着体に容易に貼着できるようにしたことを特徴と
    するリボンとして使用できる布粘着テープ。
  2. 【請求項２】上記リボンとして使用される基材がアセテ
    ート糸をサテン織りまたはタフタ織りした布であること
    を特徴とする請求項１記載のリボンとして使用できる布
    粘着テープ。
  3. 【請求項３】上記粘着剤層が、アクリル系、シリコーン
    系、天然ゴム系または合成ゴム系材料を主材とする粘着
    剤からなり、用途に応じて再剥離性または永久接着性と
    した粘着剤層であることを特徴とする請求項１記載のリ
    ボンとして使用できる布粘着テープ。
