[Prior Art] Conventionally, there is a problem in that it is difficult to perform an ophthalmic surgery, particularly when performing an intraocular surgery in a state where the cornea is in a bad state. That is, under poor corneal conditions,
When performing an intraocular surgery, there is a problem that light is diffusely reflected because the aqueous humor surface is wavy, and it is difficult to observe this through a microscope, and the microscope is an obstacle to the surgery.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, the outer surface of the lens portion has a convex surface, the inner surface has a concave surface, and both surfaces have a curvature close to that of the cornea, and the surgical opening is a lens. It is characterized in that one operation portion for holding the lens is opened at a portion other than the center of the lens portion and is connected to a portion of the lens portion on the side substantially opposite to the opening with the lens center interposed therebetween.

[Operation] In corneal surgery, when the operating portion of the surgical lens of the present invention is placed on the aqueous humor in the eye after excision of the cornea,
There is no diffuse reflection on the water surface of the aqueous humor, and because the operation part and the opening are formed away from the center of the lens, observation of the inside of the eye is facilitated, and surgical tools are inserted through the opening of the lens. Therefore, intraocular surgery can be easily performed.

The shape of the lens part (1) is preferably a curved surface shape close to the curved surface of the cornea as a whole in terms of operability and observability. However, a flat surface (plate shape) is also possible. The edge part (2) around the lens part (1) is preferably rounded and chamfered so as not to damage the eyes during operation.

(Regarding the opening (3)) As shown in FIG. 3, the opening (3) is used for observing the inside of the eye from the center of the lens part (1) and inserting the surgical instrument (B) from there to perform surgery. Is what is used. Therefore, the position, size, and number are preferably set as follows.

In order to observe the inside of the eye from the vicinity of the center of the lens (1), the position of the opening (3) is preferably provided at a position other than the center. Further, from the viewpoint of operability during surgery, it is preferable to provide it on the side substantially opposite to the operation part (4) with respect to the center of the lens part (1).

(Regarding the operation section (4)) As shown in FIG. 3, the operation section (4) holds the present lens (A) at a desired position in the eye during observation and surgery.
Used by examiners and surgeons to carry. Therefore, the position of the operation part (4) should be adjusted so that it does not interfere with observation.
It is preferably provided in the peripheral portion of (1). Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shape preferably projects from the lens surface at an angle α (α <about 90 °) and bends outward in the middle. It is not always necessary to provide this bent portion, but it is preferable to provide it because it is easier to hold it.

The size and length of the operation unit (4) are not limited as long as they do not hinder the operation. As the material of the operation part (4), the same material as that of the lens part (1) can be used. The operation part (4) may be formed integrally with the lens part (1), or may be connected by fitting means, screw means, or the like.

(Usage method) FIG. 3 shows a usage state of the surgical lens (A). The operating lens (A) is placed on the eye (D) with the operating section (4) being grasped by the finger (E) of the examiner or operator. Then, an appropriate surgical tool (B) is inserted from the opening (3) to perform an operation.
At this time, since the aqueous humor surface (C) is held down by the lens (A), diffuse reflection is eliminated, and surgery and observation are facilitated.
