The method of constructing a prefabricated unit house of the present invention utilizes the structures of these prefabricated unit houses to enable efficient assembling.
The first pin 8a is inserted into the pin hole 6a of each of the beam members 1a to connect the beam members 1a to each other, and the foldable floor frame A is expanded into a predetermined frame shape. The second pin 9a at the lower end of the pillar 2 is inserted into the second pin hole 6b of A, and the pillar 2 is erected. The floor frame A is constrained from being deformed by the installation of the floor material 3 and the standing of the pillar material 2 having the second pin 9a at the lower end, and then the wall material 5 is mounted between the pillar materials 2. Next, the first pin hole 7a
1st pin 8b is inserted to connect the beam members 1b to each other, the foldable ceiling frame B is expanded into a predetermined frame shape, and a temporary fixing pin is inserted into the second pin hole 7b of the ceiling frame B. While restraining the deformation of the ceiling frame B, the ceiling frame B is placed on the pillar member 2 erected on the floor frame A, and the second portion of the ceiling frame B is placed.
By inserting the second pin 9b at the upper end of the pillar member 2 into the pin hole 7b, the ceiling frame B is connected to the pillar member 2, and the ceiling member 4 is attached to the ceiling frame B. The ceiling material 4 may be attached to the ceiling frame B in advance before the ceiling frame B is placed on the pillar material 2.
