(Prior Art) In a conventional building, for example, as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 40-4860, stainless steel having good heat insulation and reflection,
A typed metal plate that forms a space on the back of a metal plate such as a zinc iron plate or an enamel iron plate that serves as a reinforcing material and that cools when the metal plate warms by causing heat convection. Attached, a lightweight heat and fire prevention board with fiber material such as glass wool and rock wool placed underneath it and a heat insulating backing material such as asbestos board or gypsum board attached, or actual development 57-
As in Japanese Patent No. 145013, a concrete plate for preventing dew condensation having a ventilation groove on one surface is known.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the former case in the above-mentioned prior art, the space portion (groove) for causing heat convection is formed in a concavo-convex shape having a square cross section only toward one side of the metal plate with a mold. Since the uneven space portion has a large area in contact with the front surface metal plate and the back surface heat insulating material at the top and bottom portions thereof, there is a fear that the dew condensation prevention effect is reduced by that much, The area of the heat convection space formed between the metal plate and the backside heat insulating material is also small, and there is a problem that sufficient heat convection cannot be obtained.

In the case of the latter, one side of the concrete board is connected to the ventilation groove vertically or horizontally, or a ventilation groove that communicates only in the vertical or horizontal direction, or a large number of round wart-shaped convex portions are provided to allow ventilation to be used irregularly. In this case, the heat insulating material is attached with the surface having the ventilation groove inside and the air is always allowed to flow into the boundary surface between the concrete board and the heat insulating material. Not only was there a problem that the air circulation space area formed between the heat insulating materials was small and sufficient air flow could not be obtained, but because the concrete board and the heat insulating material were directly attached to each other, this However, there is a problem in that it cannot be easily bent and formed into an L-shaped cross section or a U-shape in accordance with the shape of the construction site.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and is interposed between the outer wall material and the inner wall material to ventilate the both wall materials to prevent dew condensation. In the aeration method heat insulation dew condensation prevention member, the required number of hemispherical dome-shaped irregularities are provided on the front and back surfaces of the metal plate heat insulation dew condensation prevention member main body that are offset from each other. is there.

Since a required number of 2'is formed, a gap 5 is formed between the outer wall member 3 and the inner wall member 4 by the dome-shaped irregularities 2 and 2 ', and ventilation is performed through the gap 5 so that both of them are formed. Condensation between the wall members 3 and 4 is prevented and heat insulation is maintained, and at the same time the building is reinforced by the adiabatic condensation prevention member body 1.

(Effect) As described above, according to the present invention, in the ventilating method heat insulation and dew condensation prevention member, which is interposed between the outer wall material and the inner wall material to ventilate between the both wall materials to prevent dew condensation, a thin plate shape is used. Since the required number of hemispherical dome-shaped concavo-convex parts are provided on the front and back surfaces of the metal plate adiabatic dew condensation prevention body formed in the above, the adiabatic dew condensation between the outer wall material and the inner wall material is performed. Sufficient gaps are formed by the hemispherical dome-shaped irregularities formed on the front and back sides of the prevention member main body at different positions, and sufficient ventilation is provided between the inner and outer wall materials through the gaps. In addition, since the adiabatic condensation preventing member main body is in contact with the inner and outer wall members on the front and back sides by point contact by the tops of the hemispherical dome-shaped concavo-convex portion, the contact surface becomes a small area, Be sure to prevent condensation between materials Ventilation passages formed between the heat insulating and condensation preventing member main body and the inner and outer wall members, which can prevent the generation of insects due to corrosion or moisture of the wall member, the splints and other inner members. Since each of them is zigzag, ventilation can be suppressed to a required amount, and the heat insulation effect between the both wall materials can be sufficiently maintained, and the heat insulation condensation preventing member main body is located on both front and back surfaces of each other. Even if it is a thin plate, it has sufficient strength due to the hemispherical dome-shaped concavo-convex part formed by shifting it so that it can also serve as reinforcement of the building and various shapes can be used depending on the shape of the construction site. It has various practical effects such that it can be easily bent into a shape and used.
