は鍼位置決め環（３）を突設してなる構造。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、鍼及び温灸治療器の改良創作に係わるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、鍼及びもぐさを利用する温灸治療方法は周知のところであり、例えば、 図４、図５及び図６に示すものがある。 図４のものは、鍼（１０）の頭部にもぐさ（１１）を取付け、このもぐさ（１ １）を燃焼し、この熱を鍼に伝えて治療の局を刺激したものである。 図５は紙製台（２０）上にもぐさ（２１）を載置し、患部を紙製台（２０）を 介してもぐさの熱により加熱治療したものである。 図６のものは、筒（３０）を患部に乗せ、この筒（３０）にもぐさ（３１）を つめて燃焼し、同時にもぐさ（３１）と筒（３０）の中心に鍼（３２）を挿通し て患部の局を鍼ともぐさの熱により治療するものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術において、図４の場合は治療中、鍼上部に取り付けた燃焼中の もぐさ（１１）が皮膚上に落下し火傷する等のおそれがあった。
【０００４】 図５の場合は、治療中、過度の熱が皮膚に伝わるために火脹れ等のおそれがあ った。
【０００５】 図６の場合は、治療中、鍼ともぐさの燃焼熱が直接皮膚に加わり、熱くても鍼 を刺している関係上、もぐさの位置を移動できない欠点があった。 この考案は上記のような課題を解決するために次お手段を作用したものである 。

【課題を解決するための手段】 すなわち、所要直径及び高さの円筒（１）の内部中途には、もぐさ棚（２）を 設け、円筒（１）の外周一箇所には鍼位置決め環（３）を突設してなる鍼及び温 灸治療器としたものである。

【作用】
この考案は上記のように構成されるから、これが使用法は、先ず治療患部の局 の位置に鍼位置決め環（３）を位置し、次に円筒（１）のもぐさ棚（２）上にも ぐさ（４）を載置し、これに点火し、鍼位置決め環（３）の中心より局に鍼（５ ）を刺し、鍼と共にもぐさ（４）の加熱により局及びこれが周囲を温灸治療する ものである。 この場合、もぐさ（４）はもぐさ棚（２）上において燃焼し発熱するものであ るから、このもぐさ（４）の位置と患部間には空気層があるために、もくざ熱は 輻射熱となって心地よい温灸治療効果を与えるものである。 この加熱位置は、鍼（５）を中心として３６０度自由に移動可能であるから、 患部にもぐさの過度な温度を与えるおそがなく、極めて安全な治療効果を求める ことが可能である。

【実施例】
不燃素材により直径３，５Cm、高さ１，５Cm 程度の円筒（１）の内部中途 には針線を細かい間隔をとって張りめぐらして、もぐさ棚（２）を構成し、この 針線の端を円筒（１）外に引出してこれにより位置決め環（３）を成形してなる 。 尚、もぐさ棚（２）は針線により網み目状に構成したが、もぐさ（４）は燃焼 すると固まる特性を有するので、もぐさ棚（２）に隙間があっても燃焼中のもぐ さが皮膚患部上に落下するおそれはないものであるが、必要であればもぐさ棚は 細かいメッシュ地の金網を使用してもよい。

【考案の効果】
この考案は上記の如く構成されるから第一に、もぐさによる温灸治療の作用と 同時に鍼による刺激治療を併用できる効果がある。 第二に、円筒（１）の内部中途にもぐさ棚（２）を構成したから、もぐさの加 熱面と患部間に空気層ができるので、もくさ熱は輻射熱となり心地よい温灸作用 を与える効果がある。 第三に、治療器本体に鍼位置決め環（３）を設け、この位置決め環（３）の中 心に鍼を刺して使用するものであるから、鍼を中心にもぐさの燃焼位置を自由に 移動でき、適切な温灸効果を患部に与えることができる等、構成は簡単であるが 極めて便利な鍼及び温灸治療具となしうるものである。
