2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a bellows hood formed in a rectangular tube shape has a hood sheet covering a square ring frame and stretched so that the side hood bones are arranged in a parallel arrangement or in a staggered manner to form a chain type. The finished hood is known. However, since these hood bodies are constructed by stretching the hood sheet over the entire frame, it takes a huge amount of time and labor. Therefore, the work cost increases, and in addition, the weight, spreadability and flexibility of the bellows structure itself are poor, and sagging phenomenon, top land damage, etc. are affected by the unique external force due to the swing of the car body. I couldn't avoid it. For this reason, there are high expectations for the development of the components of the hood, and there is a great demand for improvement measures.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional embodiment FIG. 5,
Reinforcement material (103) attached to the inner side of the hood sheet (102)
Is attached to the inside of each hood bone (104) adjacent to the square ring hood frame and is fixed by winding (see FIG. 6), which is useful for strengthening the hood sheet itself, but its manufacturing process is In addition to being troublesome, the folds adjacent to the outer circumference of the hood in the bellows formation part are exposed in a protruding shape, so it is difficult to avoid damage due to collision between the hoods due to rocking and rocking of the car body. In particular, there is a drawback that the joint step portion of the reinforcing material attachment portion causes contamination of the hood cloth.

Further, in the structure proposed by the applicant of the present invention in which the hood frame is sandwiched and held between the inner and outer hood sheets, the tensioning of the hood frame is very simple and the work efficiency is improved. When the side edges of the hood frame are later welded with the hood frame interposed between the inner and outer hood sheets, which are the components of the above, it is not possible to expect complete welding evenly, and such welding However, there is a problem that it is not possible to stably hold the sandwiched hood frame and maintain the shape of the hood structure. Further, in a hood structure body composed of a hood bone formed by inserting a hood bone into a hollow passage portion formed in advance in a plurality of lines in the longitudinal direction of the hood sheet, one hood sheet is wound in the lengthwise direction and adjacent to each other. It is difficult to avoid the complicated work to form the bag-shaped passage into which the top-shaped hood bone is inserted. Also, in such a structure, the fold forming portion of the hood is projected onto the hood sheet, and as described above, the hood is There is an inevitable feeling that the hood sheet is damaged due to a collision.

In order to construct the hood frame (6) covered and stretched with the inner and outer hood sheets (2) and (3) in the rectangular tubular hood structure (1B) as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the inner hood sheet (2) is flatly developed on the outer hood sheet (3), and the strip-shaped core sheet (4) interposed between the overlapping portions is integrally welded to the outer hood sheet (3). By inserting the intermediate hood bones (5) into the pocket passage portion (4a) formed between (3) and the hood frame (6) of a predetermined shape, both the inside and outside hood sheets ( A hood body (6) can be stretched between 2) and (3). The hood structure (1) is connected to the fixed frame at the vehicle end through the hood mounting frames (7) connected to both ends of the hood frame. The intermediate hood bone (4a) inserted as described above is used between the inner and outer hood sheets (2) and (3), the outer hood sheet (3), and the strip-shaped core sheet (4).
This means that the intermediate hood (4a) is covered with the space and is not exposed to the inside and outside. Due to such a configuration state, by appropriately forming the pocket passage portion (4a), the adjacent hood frames (6) are assembled in a chain form (staggered form) or in a parallel form to form the hood structure (1). Can be done easily. Further, the intermediate top rib (5) inserted into the pocket passage portion (4a) is
At the time of insertion, as shown in FIG. 1, the outer hood sheet (3) and the strip-shaped core sheet (4) serve as elastic sheets, and the intermediate hood bone (5) forms the strip-shaped core sheet due to the difference in thickness and elastic strength between them. The sheet (4) is elastically held between the outer hood sheet (3) and the same bulging portion (4a). Therefore, since the hood frame (6) is flexibly attached between the inner and outer seats in a somewhat loosely inserted state, the hood frame (6) is fixed to the fixed vehicle frame after the hood frame (6) is completed. In the connected state, when the connecting hood is rocked, the intermediate hoods (5) are mutually reciprocated.
(5) ······················································································································. Moreover, the bellows movement capable of maintaining the shape of the hood construct by smoothly absorbing the deformation of the intermediate hood due to the slanting action can be achieved smoothly. In addition, as for the fold portion which constitutes the bellows portion of the hood structure, the entire hood frame (6) has both inner and outer hood sheets (2) and (3).
Since it is hidden between the overlapped portion sheets, the strip-shaped core sheet (4) is further added to the overlapped portion sheet,
The holding strength of the hood structure is remarkably increased, the hanging of the hood body is reduced, and the hood sheet is prevented from being damaged.

EXAMPLE An example shown in the drawings will be described below. 1 to 3 are schematic diagrams according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, in sandwiching the hood frame (6) between the inner hood sheet (2) and the outer hood sheet (3), first, the outer hood sheet (3) on which the hood frame (6) can be laid is provided. It is developed in a plane and placed on the hood sheet at the front and rear of the vehicle at positions corresponding to the upper and lower portions (a) and (b) of both side walls (symmetrical position) of the rectangular tubular hood structure (1B) shown in FIG. A width in which the strip-shaped core sheet (4) of the same size is placed in the positions (a) and (b) in the lateral direction with the width direction being the width direction, and further covers the outer hood sheet and the strip-shaped core sheet (4). The inner hood sheet (2) having the above is placed, and in this state, the hood frame (from the one side of the superposed sheets spread in a plane with each other by a welder machine (not shown) according to a predetermined hood frame shape ( A plurality of hood grooves (6a) for inserting the respective intermediate hood bones (5) of 6) are engraved in the longitudinal direction, and at this time, the outer hood sheet (3) is formed. Pocket passage to open both ends (4a) is formed between the strip in the core sheet (4).

Then, in the planar hood structure (1a) comprising the above components, both the inside and outside hood sheets (2).
The thickness of the strip-shaped core sheet (4) arranged between and (3) is made of an extremely elastic material so that the inner hood sheet (2) <
The outer hood sheet (3) and the strip-shaped core sheet (4) are mutually related. Next, both the inside and outside hood sheets (2) along the hood groove (6a) from the end of the planar hood structure (1A),
The intermediate hood bone (5) is inserted between (3) on the basis of an unillustrated instruction line showing a predetermined hood frame shape, and subsequently, the flat hood structure (1A) is inserted through the specified pocket passage portion (5). It is inserted over the entire length. Similarly, the intermediate hood bones are sequentially inserted into the hood groove (6a) formed in parallel with the hood structure (1A). Next, C1 and C2 in FIG. 1 are perspective views of essential parts showing the inserted state of the intermediate hood bone (6a) by partially peeling off the inner hood sheet (2) in the same portion in FIG. 2, respectively. In the pocket passage portion (4a) into which the intermediate hood bone (5) is inserted, both side edges of the passage portion are welded and the intermediate hood bone (5) made of elastic steel wire is welded to each pocket passage portion in the longitudinal direction. The hood frame is formed so as to be elastically and firmly held between the hood frames. That is, when inserting the intermediate hood bone (5) held by the pocket passage portion (4a), the strip-shaped core sheet (4a) and the outer hood sheet (3) bulge outward at the insertion portion. Part (4b) (4c)

Next, in the embodiment constructed as described above, the intermediate hoods (5) forming the hood frame (6) are connected between the inner and outer hood sheets (2) and (3) and the outer hood. As shown in FIG. 1, the hood frame (6) having a predetermined shape is inserted between the inner and outer double hood sheets by inserting the hood frame (6) into the pocket passage portion formed between the seat (3) and the strip-shaped core sheet (4). The flat hood structure (1A) can be formed by unfolding. In this manner, when the hood frame is attached to the hood sheet, for example, an integrated hood frame (not shown) previously developed and formed in a plane shape as in the past.
After attaching the hood sheet, the narrow hood sheet is attached to the side edge of the hood frame in accordance with the hood frame to fix the hood frame, or in comparison with FIGS. Then, the bellows structure hood is used as an intermediate hood in the hood frame (5) (5)

In this embodiment, however, the inner and outer hood sheets are welded to each other with the thick band-shaped core sheet (4) made of an elastic material interposed between the components of the flat hood structure (1A). And by forming the hood groove (6a) through which the intermediate hood bone (5) is inserted, the intermediate hood bone (5) can be smoothly inserted into the pocket passage portion (4a), and the intermediate hood bone is The pocket passage portion can be reliably sandwiched and supported. Therefore, in this state, after the rectangular tubular hood structure (1B) shown in FIG. 3 is connected between the vehicles, when the hood is operated, the strip-shaped center sheet (only the pocket passage portion (4a) is formed). In addition to the function as a reinforcing member for the connecting hood, the interposition of 4) further secures the cushioning property and expansion and contraction between the connecting hood folds, and the strip-shaped core sheet (4) for these complicated movements. By arranging, the hood can be expanded and contracted in a wide and short range by the spring force. Therefore, it effectively functions to maintain the shape of the rectangular tubular hood structure.

As described above, according to the present invention,
Between the inner and outer hood sheets of the hood structure that are developed in a plane, the hood frame is sandwiched between the hood bodies to form a rectangular tube shape, and then the vehicle top and bottom sheets corresponding to the upper and lower portions of both side walls are connected in the vehicle connecting direction. A belt groove is formed by welding with a belt-shaped core sheet interposed between the belt-shaped core sheet and the belt-shaped core sheet so that the intermediate ribs of the frame can be clamped along the longitudinal direction of the inner and outer top sheets. Elasticity is provided by forming a defined pocket passage portion capable of elastically covering the intermediate hood bone between the hood sheets and by being configured so that the intermediate hood bone can be covered and stretched between the inner and outer hood sheets. It is possible to develop a hood frame made of steel wire between the polymer hood sheets and improve the work efficiency of sticking. Further, when welding the polymerized hood sheets which can sandwich the hood frame, since the hood groove is once engraved between the multi-layer compositions and the hood bones are stretched later, it is easy to insert the intermediate hood bones. And the welding strength was improved. Further, in addition to the structure in which the hood frame is embedded between the inner and outer hood sheets, the hood frame has a fold-corresponding portion corresponding to the folds, and the elastic force of the whole body is increased by the tensioning of the belt-shaped core sheet. Various effects such as reducing deformation of the hood can be obtained.
