2. Description of the Related Art In the weaving preparation work, a large number of warp yarns, which may exceed 10,000 yarns wound on a beam of a loom, are sequentially drawn out one by one and fixed to the loom, or a reed or a heald forming an essential part of the loom. It is a work to insert into. The work of separating and taking out the yarns one by one from a large number of warp yarns is a fine work that requires patience, and has been conventionally performed by a relatively young worker who is skilled. However, the number of warp yarns has increased significantly due to the recent trend of increasing the width of fabrics.
Since the shortage of young workers is eliminated, there is an increasing demand for equipment that automates this.

However, when the weaving preparation work is attempted to be automated, it is not easy to separate the warps wound around the beam of the loom from each other because the distance between them is short. The work has become more difficult because the distance between the warps has been further reduced due to the recent trend of increasing the number of warps.

On the other hand, in a so-called warp machine, which is a machine for gluing warp yarns unwound from a warp beam, drying them and winding them around a loom beam, so-called warp machines cause insufficient adhesion of glues and adhesion between warp yarns as the distance between warp yarns decreases. In order to solve the problem that the warp occurs, it has been proposed to increase the workability by using a plurality of warp sheets to increase the distance between adjacent warp yarns (for example, JP-B-61-43454 and JP-A-64). -45840, JP-A-4-73234, etc.).

However, in the conventional warping machine, the sizing process and the drying process are performed by dividing the warp sheet into a plurality of warp sheets in order to increase the distance between the warp yarns. After finishing, the warp sheet for each warp beam was wound up together at the stage of being wound around the loom beam, and there was no consideration for improving the workability of the preparatory work.

The warp sheet unwound from the loom beam is supported by the support frame for each unit wound around the warp beam, and the lower end of the warp sheet is pulled downward by the tensioning means to give loose tension. . Each of the supporting frames transfers the warp supported by the supporting frame to a position in which the warp is sequentially projected with respect to the warp supported by another supporting frame. Then, the hook member advances toward the position of the projecting warp, hooks the projecting warp, and retracts.

The end portion of the warp sheet 14 unwound from the loom beam 12 is temporarily pulled upward by the deflecting roller 17 supported by the free end of the upper tension arm 16 and then turned downward, so that each warp sheet 14 is moved upward. The ends that are separated and arranged on the support frame 20 and hang downward from the support frame 20 are loosely coupled to the tensioning means 30. Even if the unraveling speed of the loom beam 12 is uneven, the tension arm 16 rotates downward in the counterclockwise direction to loosen the tension so that the tension applied to the warp sheet 14 does not change significantly. When the tension is reduced, a spring (not shown) rotates upward to increase the tension.

At the initial position where the warp threads are tensioned, as shown in FIG. 6, the warp threads on the side of the hook member 42 supported by the ten support frames 20 are aligned on the line indicated by H. When the operation is started, first, the moving base 41 that supports the hook member 42.
Is stopped, any 1 of the 10 support frames 20
When one of the support frames 20 is projected toward the hook member 42 by a predetermined amount (about 5 mm in this embodiment) by the pulse motor (the third support frame 20 is projected in the example of FIG. 6), the projections are made. Only one warp yarn 15 supported by the support frame 20 has a position projecting from other warp yarns indicated by F in the drawing. Then, the hook member 42 forming the scraping means 40 advances and hooks with respect to the protruding warp 15 and retracts. While the hook member 42 is retracting, the support frame 20 from which the warp 15 has been pulled out retreats to a position where the outermost end of the remaining warp 15 is aligned with the line indicated by H (not the initial position). To do. That is, the warp yarns 15 and 1
Move backward by the amount reduced by the distance between 5. Then, similarly, the next supporting frame 20 projects by a predetermined amount and the warp 15
It is held at the protruding position indicated by.

In this way, the ten support frames 20 are successively formed.
From this, a predetermined number of warp threads 15 of 100 to 200 are pulled out. Then, when the support frame 20 reaches a position that protrudes in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface by about 250 mm from the start of the operation, the lateral movement of the support frame 20 with respect to the turning roller 17 becomes large, so that the warp sheet reaching there becomes inclined. Therefore, the above operation is stopped, all the support frames 20 are moved by 250 mm in the depth direction of the paper surface by a pulse motor (not shown), and are returned to the same positions as when the operation was started. At the same time, the scraping means 40 is also moved in the same direction as the support frame 20 by the motor 44, and is moved about 250 mm in the depth direction of the paper from the position at the start of operation. After these movements, the support frame 20 and the scraping means 40 perform the above operation. By repeating these processes several times, the work is completed when all the warp yarns are pulled out by the hook member 42.
