【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来からのサクション

向の寸法は最初に決めなければならず,製作途中での寸
法変更はできなかった。円筒体直径が大きく円筒体長が
長くなると穴あけのための2次加工機械へセットできず
特殊加工に頼らざるを得なかった。円筒体を軸を中心と
して高速回転すると軸方向両端と真中付近とでは遠心力
により直径に差異を生じ直径精度を有する目的では不都
合が生じる。

として組み立てられたサクションロールである。図2は
図3に断面図を示すように中空軸8が嵌挿され,両端は
フランジ状の部材9,10で固定されている。本実施例
において吸引は中空軸8に設けられた小孔により構成要
素の溝5により行われる。本実施例は中空軸で全体が嵌
挿された例であるが外周部4の段差7の部分で組み合わ
せることにより従来の円筒11と同様のものが製造可能
となる。

加工が不要となるので,量産性に優れ低コスト化が可能
となる。また主要部をつなぎ合わせて作るため,幅方向
の長さ違う機種を作る時の対応が容易にできる利点があ
る。円筒体(特に大直径で,長さの長いもの)をそれぞ
れ独立した円筒状要素の集合体で形成する事により高速
回転時の軸方向各位置での直径変化を小さくする事がで
きる。
