A pipe mounting device of the present invention has a cylindrical insertion portion having an annular projection formed on the outer periphery from the tip and an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the insertion portion and a peripheral wall. Is formed with a window hole and a stepped portion with which the annular projection of the insertion portion abuts is provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall, and a cylindrical receiving portion is fitted so as to project inward from the window hole. A stopper made of an elastic material having two arcuate legs whose inner surface is an inclined surface that spreads toward the insertion side of the insertion part and a head integrally provided between the ends of the arcuate legs is provided. When the insertion part is airtightly inserted into the receiving part that is detachably attached, the circular protrusion of the insertion part causes the annular protrusion of the insertion part to fit in the stepped portion of the inner periphery of the receiving part and the window hole of the receiving part. It is sandwiched between the legs and fixed, and the pipes are connected to the tanks through these insertion parts and sockets. Those attached detachably.

In the pipe mounting device of the present invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving portion, the annular projection of the insertion portion easily moves along the inner surface of the arcuate leg of the stopper, which is an inclined surface that spreads toward the insertion side of the insertion portion. As a result, the annular projection is tightly fitted without a gap between the stepped portion on the inner circumference of the receiving portion and the arcuate leg of the stopper.
The pipe is securely attached to the tanks by fitting the annular projection into the receiving portion.

In the present embodiment, when replacing the muffling tank (11), the muffling tank (11) can be removed by simply removing the stoppers (10) at both ends of the muffling tank (11). Also, when installing the new noise reduction tank (11) again after attaching the stopper (10), insert the insertion parts (3) at both ends of the noise reduction tank (11) into the socket (6) on the pipe (12) side. Just insert it. Moreover, if the charge valve (6b) is turned to close the fluid passage (6a) before replacing the muffling tank (11), the refrigerant is prevented from being discharged. That is, according to the present embodiment, the sound deadening tank (11) can be easily replaced while preventing the refrigerant from being discharged.

According to the pipe mounting apparatus of the present invention, the pipes to the tanks can be immediately inserted by inserting the insertion portion provided on one of the tanks side where the pipes are mounted and the pipe side into the other receptacle. Can be installed. Further, even when removing the tanks from the piping system, the pipes can be easily removed from the tanks only by removing the stopper. That is, according to the pipe attaching device of the present invention, the pipes can be easily and reliably attached to and detached from the tanks, and the work efficiency thereof can be greatly increased.
