Conventional technology Continuous fastener elements made of synthetic resin, which are continuously molded from the fastener element molding device, must be cut to a predetermined length in order to produce slide fasteners. As shown in Fig. 3, the continuous fastener element is fed through the guide groove provided in the swinging member a into the guide groove provided in the fixing member b, and then, as shown in FIG.
As shown in (c), the swinging member a is swung for a predetermined length, and the continuous fastener element is cut by the cutter c provided at the tip thereof.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional cutting device, the cutter provided at the tip of the swinging member has a flat back as shown in FIG. 3, and the sharp blade is provided at the tip thereof. When the swing member swings and the cutter enters between the meshing head portions of the continuous fastener element as shown in FIG. 3B, the continuous fastener element is restrained by the guide groove of the swing member. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3 (b), it is pulled and inclined, and the sharp blade part comes into contact with the element in this state, cutting it at the leg part of the element as shown in Fig. 3 (c). Such improper cutting may result in defective slider threading in the subsequent manufacturing of the slide fastener.
This causes a mounting failure at the front stop position and causes discomfort to the skin when using the slide fastener, which is a problem.

The swing member 1 has a base portion 3 pivotally supported by a swing shaft 4, and a tip portion 2 facing the fixed member 16 swings downward. A guide groove 5 for the element 21 is provided in the central portion of the rocking member 1 from the base portion 3 to the tip portion 2, and the element 21 is fed in the middle of the guide groove 5 by meshing with a meshing head portion 22 of the element. The thus configured feed gear 14 is provided so as to contact the upper surface of the guide groove. The feed gear 14 is formed separately from the swing member 1, and is pivotally supported so as to rotate in synchronization with the feed gear 15 provided on the fixed member 16. When is swung downward for cutting, the element in the guide groove 5 is disengaged from the meshing head portion 22 and the feeding of the element is stopped so that the cutting can be performed at an accurate position. As shown in FIG. 2, the guide groove 1 of the fixing member 16 is provided at the tip 2 of the swinging member 1.
The cutter 10 is provided so as to come into contact with the inlet 18 of the moving member 7, and when the rocking member 1 is rocked downward, the fixing member 16
The element 21 is configured to be cut in cooperation with the die 20 provided below the inlet 18 of the guide groove 17 of FIG. The upper part of the guide groove 5 of the tip portion 2 is connected to the open portion 9, and when the swinging member 1 swings downward as shown in FIG. ,
It is designed so that it can move freely so as not to be deformed by being constrained by the guide groove 5. A guide 8 is provided on the side of the tip portion 2 facing the feed gear 14 so as to guide the element 21 away from the feed gear to the outlet 7 of the guide groove.

The fixing member 16 is provided with the guide groove 17 of the element 21 similarly to the rocking member 1, so that the guide groove outlet 7 of the rocking member 1 and the guide groove inlet 18 of the fixing member 16 communicate with each other. It is arranged to feed the element 21 to be cut to a predetermined length through both guide grooves 5 and 17, and the feed gear 15 is in contact with the upper surface of the guide groove 17 in the same manner as the swinging member 1. The feed dog meshes with the meshing head portion 22 of the element in the guide groove 17, and the element 21 cut to a predetermined length is discharged from the outlet 19 to the outside of the machine. Further, at the inlet 18 of the guide groove of the fixing member 16, there is provided below the die 20 for cutting the element 21 in cooperation with the cutter 10 provided at the tip portion 2 of the swinging member 1.

Next, the cutting of the element 21 by the cutter 10, which is a feature of the present invention, will be described. FIGS. 2 (a), (b) and (c) show the cutting state step by step.
As shown in FIG. 2, the back portion 11 and the abdominal portion 12 are bulged in an arc shape, and the blade portion 13 is provided at the tip where the back portion 11 and the abdominal portion 12 intersect. When the tip portion 2 of the swing member 1 swings downward due to cutting, the cutter 10 moves to the position shown in FIG.
From (a) to (b), as shown in (b), the interlocking heads 22 of the element 21 are fed from the guide groove 5 of the swinging member 1 to the guide groove 17 of the fixed member 16, and then the cutter 10 moves. The back 11 and the abdomen 12 bulging in the shape of an arc push away the leg 23 of the element 21, and the blade 13 at the tip of the cutter is always directed toward the connection reversing portion 24 of the element 21, as shown in FIG. As described above, the cutting is performed at the position of the connection reversal portion 24 of the element by the cooperation of the die 20 of the fixing member 16. The element 21 to be cut is
Since the open portion 9 is formed on the upper surface of the guide groove 5 of the tip end portion 2 of the swinging member 1 on the cutter side, when the tip end portion 2 of the swinging member 1 swings downward for cutting, FIG. As shown in (b), it moves upward without being restricted by the guide groove 5 and is cut in a normal state where it is not deformed. Therefore element 2
The cutting of 1 is correctly performed at the connecting and inverting part 24, and as a result, both cutting ends become symmetrical as shown in FIG. 2C, and in the subsequent manufacturing process of the slide fastener,
It does not cause troubles such as poor slider passage and mounting at the front stop position.

When the element 21 is cut to a predetermined length,
The tip 2 of the rocking member 1 rocks to its original upper position and stops. The element cut into a predetermined length is discharged to the outside of the machine and is guided to the guide groove 17 of the fixing member 16.
Is sent and the next cut is performed.

Effect of the Invention The present invention relates to a cutting device for a continuous fastener element, in which a back and abdomen are bulged in an arc shape, and a cutter provided with a blade at the tip where the back and abdomen intersect is provided, and the tip of the swinging member is provided. Since the upper part of the guide groove is opened so that it is cut to a predetermined length, it is always cut correctly at the connection reversal part of the continuous fastener element, and it is illegally cut at the leg of the continuous fastener element. This eliminates the causes of troubles such as defective slider passage and mounting of the front stop position in the manufacturing of slide fasteners in the subsequent process, and also causes skin cuts due to incorrect cutting edges when using slide fasteners. It has excellent practical effects such as elimination of discomfort.
