The opening surface was not made flat by making holes in the vicinity or forming a claw shape (Actual No. 59-72122).

Further, a fuel inlet of a fuel tank was developed, which is characterized in that a spiral wall (5) is provided with an inward projection or a notch (7) so as to remove foreign matter to the outside of the room. The fuel inlet main casing (1) referred to here includes not only the upper surface but also the lower surface having a lid. Also,
The spiral separation chamber (2) is a part surrounded by the spiral wall (5).

Foreign matter is prevented from being sucked into the suction pipe by being collected on the outer wall portion or screened by a flow resistance, a difference in cross-sectional area in the system, or the like. Since a predetermined amount of fuel oil is always stored in the spiral separation chamber, the fuel sucking function is achieved even when the fuel tank vibrates and the fuel swells due to front and rear or left and right inclinations and the liquid level drops. Also,
It is also possible to prevent all of the openings from being blocked with a label or the like and lowering the suction ability.

Foreign matter sinks in the portion where the flow velocity is slow. Therefore, in the present invention, the flow passage cross-sectional area can be changed according to the purpose, and FIG. 5 shows a structure in which the cross-sectional area is gradually increased from the outer side to the inner side. On the contrary, the outer peripheral side has a large cross-sectional area.

Therefore, most of the foreign matter sinks at that portion and is difficult to enter inside. However, if a protrusion or a notch is provided toward the inside of the side wall of the spiral separation chamber, the flow velocity can be further changed, and the effect of collecting foreign matter can be increased. This is shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. These are those in which the spiral wall (5) is provided with a cutout (7) .Foreign matter mixed in the room moves inside the room along the side wall due to centrifugal force, and at that time, from the cutout (7) to the outside. Is discharged.
