Supply and twist the 180 ° empty can at the chute entrance, and in that position, wash the can with a spray of water or hot water while it is self-propelled in the chute, and then through the draining process, twist again at the exit 180 ° It is a device that sends it to the next process after opening the can.

In some cases, even if the empty can collides, it will not be damaged and will not be deformed. However, for example, in the case of an empty can whose weight exceeds 200 g, when a similar device is used, the acceleration in the chute becomes large, causing a problem that the cans collide with each other and are damaged or deformed.

When the braking member is pressed against the empty can, a braking action works, and when the braking member is separated from the empty can and brought into a non-contact state, acceleration occurs in the empty can. By repeatedly passing the braking action and the acceleration through the empty can in this way, the acceleration of the empty can can be suppressed appropriately, and even a heavy can can be driven by itself without being damaged or deformed. In addition, by arranging the braking members on both sides inside the chute with the side surface near the bottom of the empty can in between, it is possible to reliably decelerate the empty can without damaging it, even if the chute is steeply inclined. Moreover, since the vicinity of the bottom of the empty can, which has high strength, is sandwiched by the braking members, deformation of the can can be prevented.

The drawings are all related to the present embodiment, and the empty can 1 is supplied from a can feeding conveyor 2 installed at a high place as shown in FIG. 1, and twisted downward by 130 ° by a twist 3 at the entrance. The twist 3 has a structure in which the continuous rod 4 guides the four sides of the empty can 1. In this embodiment, a round rod guides both sides of the empty can 1 and the four sides of the can mouth 5 and the can bottom 6. ing. When the empty can 1 is self-propelled inside the rinser body 7, the inside of the can is cleaned by spraying cleaning water from the direction of the can mouth 5 with the water pipe 8 and the nozzle 10 as shown in FIG. nozzle
The bottom 6 of the can is sprayed with 11, and the outer surface of the can is washed. After the washing process, the draining chute 12 (Fig. 1) is a part where the washing water in the can is scattered to the outside of the can while the empty can 1 is moving downward at 130 °, and then the twist 13 moves downward at 130 °. The empty can 1 is twisted up to 360 °, and the can 5 is conveyed upward to the downstream equipment on the can discharge conveyor 14.

Brake devices that apply a brake to the self-propelled speed are provided on both sides of the body of the empty can 1, and the brake material 15, which is the main member of the brake device, is arranged in parallel with the round bar 4 for guide so as to sandwich the empty can 1. It is attached to a bracket 17 fixed to the two shafts 16 and 18 formed, and the brake material 15 is pressed against the barrel of the empty can 1 via the shafts 16 and 18. At this time, the upper shaft 16 is periodically rotated by the air cylinder 20, the lever 21 and the pin 22 by a fixed angle, and the brake material 15 is periodically pressed against the can body. The main part of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

16 and 18 bearings 24 are provided at regular intervals, the shaft 16 is rotated by a fixed angle via the pin 22 and the lever 21 by the reciprocating motion of the air cylinder 20, and the rotation of the shaft 16 causes the brake mounted on the bracket 17 to rotate. The material 15 is repeatedly operated at a constant angle to press the barrel of the empty can 1 or separate it. In this way, when the brake material 15 is pressed against the empty can 1, a braking action works, and when the brake material 15 is separated from the empty can 1 and brought into a non-contact state, acceleration occurs in the empty can 1. If this braking and acceleration cycle is properly set according to the weight of the empty can 1, the impact force applied to the empty can 1 is
It can be suppressed to such a degree that it does not deform or get scratched.

Due to the disposition, when the braking member on the surface is pressed against the empty can, a braking action works, and when the braking member is separated from the empty can and brought into a non-contact state, acceleration occurs in the empty can. In this way, by repeatedly passing braking action and acceleration to the empty can,
By appropriately controlling the acceleration of the empty can, even a heavy can can be driven by itself without being damaged or deformed.
