There is provided a structure in which wheel rails having a large number of wheels are arranged in a plurality of upper and lower stages with the conveying (sliding) direction inclined. According to this conventional structure, the load loaded on the upper slope portion slides on the wheel and is received by the stopper provided on the lower end, and the sequentially loaded loads are stored on the front load. It will be. Then, the stored load is taken out from the lower inclined portion as needed, and the take-out trace is filled by sliding the load at the rear position. In this conventional example, loading and unloading of a load are performed manually, but in a large-sized shelf handling a large load, loading and unloading of the load is performed using, for example, a forklift truck.

In some cases, the sliding does not occur reliably, resulting in poor reliability. Also, from the viewpoint of frictional resistance, some may not be usable depending on the material of the pallet. It is conceivable to take a sufficient inclination angle for these, but if the inclination angle is large, the sliding speed will be high and will not be constant, and the impact will increase when it is received by the stopper. Stability will be poor. Further, since the loads collide (interfere) with each other and are stored, the loads are liable to be broken or damaged, and mechanical catching is likely to occur at the time of re-moving.

Provided on these support shafts are toothless chain wheels that can freely rotate in the same direction as the idler roller,
A braking body that is connectable and separable below the idler roller is provided on these toothless chainwheels, and a stopper body that is inserted between the teeth of the toothless chainwheels and fixes the toothless chainwheels is detachably provided, The conveyance path composed of the idler roller group is divided into a plurality of zones, and each zone is provided with a valve device for connecting and disconnecting the braking body and a non-contact type presence detection device, which are adjacent to each other in the conveyance direction.
Each zone is provided with a control circuit connected to each valve device and the presence detection device so that the brake body separates when there is no load in the downstream zone.

Therefore, the load supported by the idling roller group can be moved on the conveying path inclined by the idling of the idling roller group. Then, by switching the valve device to the other side, the support shaft is moved upward to connect the braking body to the idler roller, thereby braking the idler roller and stopping the rotation, thereby preventing the movement of the load. . When a zone with no load is generated under the condition of performing such operation, this zone and the upstream zone are separated at the same time, whereby the load of the upstream zone is moved to the downstream zone. You can postpone. Then, the forwarded load is stopped and stored without abutting the load stopped in the downstream zone by adjusting the timing of switching the valve device based on the detection of the presence detection device. As a result, the contact position of the braking body with respect to the idler roller can be changed in the circumferential direction. Therefore, when a part of the braking body is worn due to long-term use and the braking force is reduced, the contact position of the braking body with respect to the idler roller can be easily changed as described above and the braking roller can be continuously used. Moreover, since the space corresponding to the lack of teeth can be omitted by using the toothless chainring, the toothless chainring can be attached even in a narrow space.

D, G to G switch the valve device 61 to connect the supply / discharge hose 62 to the supply hose 64, and the expansion of the cylinder device 32 causes a compression spring.
The support shaft 27 is swung upward against the pressing force of the pressing member 36, and the braking member 31 is brought into contact with the corresponding idler roller 11A from below. Therefore, the idling roller 11A can be prevented from idling, whereby the load 57 can be braked and prevented from moving.

Since 32 is inoperative, the support shaft 27 is swung downward by the pressing force of the compression spring 36, and the braking body 31 is separated from the idler roller 11A as shown by a virtual line Q in FIG. ing. Therefore, the braking action is not generated, whereby the load 57 on the transport path 2 is supported between the groups of both idle rollers 11A and 11B, and both side surfaces thereof are guided by the guide body 82. It will move on route 2.

It enters 79 and becomes a non-detection state. When the load 57 is present, the red light is blocked by the load 57 and does not reach the reflecting mirror 77, and since there is no reflected light beam, the photoelectric switch 79 is detected.

Fに移動しているときを示す。That is, when the transport path 2 is empty, the presence detection devices 73B to 73J are not detected, and the valve device 61 is switched so as not to supply the air from the supply hose 64 to the supply / discharge hose 62. . This opens all supply and discharge hoses 62,
As described above, the braking member 31 is moved away from each other to freely rotate the idle roller 11A group. In this state, forklift truck 85
When the load 57 is unloaded on the upstream end zone A by means of the above, since the load detection device 73B in the downstream zone B adjacent to the zone A is not detected as described above, both zones A and B are in the non-braking state. As a result, the load 57 moves from zone A to zone B based on the inclination. When the load 57 enters the zone B, the presence detection device 73B of the zone B detects and operates. However, since the presence detection device 73C of the zone C is not detected as described above, both of the zones B, C is in a non-braked condition and load 57 is moved from zone B to zone C.
The pallet 58 of the load 57 sequentially conveyed to the downstream side in this manner comes into contact with the stopper 84 and stops, and is stored in the zone J. The second load 57 is also moved in the same manner, but when it enters the zone I here and is detected by the presence detection device 73I, the presence detection device in the downstream zone J is detected.
Since the valve 73J is moving, the valve device 61 in the zone I is switched to bring the braking body 31 into contact with the idler roller 11A. As a result, rotation of the idler rollers 11A group in zone I is blocked, and the load 57 is braked.
Are stopped and stored in zone I without colliding with load 57 in zone J. The loads 57 are stored in all the zones A to J by such a work as shown in the phantom lines in FIGS. 3 and 4, and thus the loads 57 are stored in all the zones A to J. During the operation, these loads 57 are detected by the presence detection devices 73B to 73J. As a result, as described above, the braking member 31 comes into contact with the idler roller 11A and each zone A to
J is being braked. In this state, if the forklift truck 85 takes out the load 57 in the zone J, the detection signal from the load detection device 73J in the zone J disappears.
That is, since the load 57 does not exist in the zone J on the downstream side in the zones J and I which are in contact with each other in the transport direction, the control signal 74I is output from the control device 71I corresponding to the zone I to the valve device 61 at the same time. , A control signal 74J is output from the control device 71J corresponding to the zone J to the valve device 61.
61 automatically switches to open and close hose 62. Therefore, in both zones I and J, the braking body 31 is in a state of moving apart, and the load 57 of the zone I is moved to the zone J. When the load 57 enters zone J and is detected by the presence detection device 73J, the valve device 61 corresponding to this zone J is switched, the braking body 31 acts on the idler roller 11A, and the load 57 exerts a braking action. Will receive. Also, load 57 is zone J
When it is carried out to the zone I, the detection signal from the load detecting device 73I in the zone I disappears, whereby the zone I and the zone H are brought into the non-braking state in the same manner as described above, and the load in the zone H
Move 57 to Zone I. By repeating such an operation, the load 57 on the transport path 2 can be sequentially fed between the zones. Note that FIG. 5 shows the case where the load 57 in the zone E is moving to the zone F.

Although it tries to rotate around 27, this can be prevented because the stopper body 43 supported on the side of the base plate portion 22 is engaged between the teeth of the toothless chain wheel 30. Further, the stopper body 43 is pulled out, the toothless chain wheel 30 is rotated around the support shaft 27 in accordance with the tooth pitch, and then the stopper body 43 is engaged between the other teeth, whereby the toothless chain wheel 30 By rotating the braking body 31 integrated with the same amount by the same amount, the contact position of the braking body 31 with respect to the idler roller 11A can be changed in the circumferential direction.

Further, by using the toothless chain wheel 30, it is possible to save a space corresponding to the lack of teeth, so that the toothless wheel chain 30 can be attached even in a narrow space.

The load supported by the rolling roller group can be moved on the inclined conveyance path. Then, by switching the valve device to the other side to connect and move the braking device to the idler roller, the idler roller can be braked to stop the rotation, and thus the movement of the load can be prevented.

At this time, by sufficiently setting the inclination angle of the transport path, even a light load can be reliably moved at a substantially constant speed without causing flow defects. Moreover, the load that was sent in sequence,
By adjusting the switching timing of the valve device based on the detection of the load detection device, it is possible to stop and store without contacting the load that is stopped in the downstream zone, and the load is broken or damaged. Furthermore, since the presence detection device is a non-contact type, the re-movement can be performed without causing a catch.

As a result, the contact position of the braking body with respect to the idler roller can be changed in the circumferential direction. The body can be used for a long period of time without being replaced with a new one. Moreover, since the space corresponding to the lack of teeth can be omitted by using the toothless chainring, the toothless chainring can be attached even in a narrow space.
